This amazing cmBuilder simulation from Urban One Builders came in 1st place at the SitePlan Summit 2 Awards.

The simulation shows the site logistics and construction sequencing for the McCarthy Plaza project in the Metrotown area of Burnaby, BC. Phase 1 of the project consists of a 70 story 820,000 sq ft mixed-use residential tower.
