The last big challenge in Act 1 of Hollow Knight: Silksong, before you can enter the Citadel in Act 2. You can manage the fight, without health upgrades but this is the first fight, where you should consider a bit of backtracking through Act 1. Watch out for the explosion at the end of the fight.
