I install the Roof Sheeting, 5/8 OSB. On the new shop addition. Using the Framing Nail Gun for the final nail off. No need for clips at 24' OC. I put a 1/8" gap between all joints using a #8 nail as a spacer.
The addition is 16' x 28', 10' inside ceiling, 4/12 pitch roof, 10' w x 8"h roll up door, 2 windows.
The original shop size is 28' x 40'.
