Lanikai Snorkeling, Oahu Hawaii
I absolutely love snorkeling and sea life! We took advantage of every opportunity we had to be in the water while we stayed in Lanikai. Who would have guessed that I would see a shark! It has always been on my bucket list to see a shark in the water. I was excited and a bit nervous too. The shark was a white tipped reef shark, they are not often aggressive and tend to lay on the bottom during the day. They come out at night to hunt fish on the reef. I only saw it one time despite searching several other days throughout the reef. I don't think they are very common to spot here at this depth.
