I tested the new Shark ChillPill, a $150 “3-in-1” personal cooling device with a fan, cooling plate, and misting function. I tried it outdoors in Las Vegas heat, inside a hot car, measured the misting runtime, checked the cooling plate with a thermal imager, tested the battery life, and compared it against a cheaper Coolhill fan.
