We're in a post-DD nerf world, but this build still slaps early league, it does it for cheap, and most of all, it's one of the most fun ways to play a build, PERIOD! Cast-on-cast! Annihilate maps! Get your voidstones! And then probably use the currency to do whatever melee build ends up being strongest, because let's be honest that's where all the hype is.
Honestly, this build guide refresh is a courtesy more than anything. It incorporates more of the knowledge into last league all under one roof. There's actually so much I forgot something, but it's in the PoB notes (CDR Eldritch Implicit on Boots!).

(IMPORTANT NOTE - PoB has made some changes to how Full DPS is shown for corpse explosion skills. It's not showing the DPS from the actual spell hit, so it's presenting as a lot lower than it does in the video, but it's largely unchanged. No idea why this happened, might be a bug?)
