This video is a criticism of a very small group of people who are trying to ruin gaming with their agenda.
This video is NOT meant to attack Ryemanni who is an amazing developer and whose game you all should play.

So recently, there has been a controversy when a certain individual on Twitter started complaining about a decades-old sprite from Rayman 1 claiming that it's a racist depiction of a black person despite the fact that there is zero evidence to support this claim.
Sadly, this event prompted Ryemanni to announce altering the sprites in the latest update of the game.
I expressed my concern on Twitter over the change that was announced to happen but despite most people opposing the alteration of sprites, it happened.
While this is Ryemanni's game and he has full rights to do what he wants with it, in my opinion, this is censorship and a forced change since my suggestion for a toggle option to serve as a compromise was ignored.
If he altered the sprites himself during game development because he himself wanted to change them like how he changed many other details in the game compared to the original 1995 version, that would be a different story but this change would have never happened if sensitive and insecure kind of people didn't complain.
I was contacted by one anon who was also very dissatisfied with the change and who told me he is going to make a patch to restore original sprites in the latest version of Rayman Redemption and due to his wish to remain anonymous, I am promoting his patch as a symbol of protest against forced changes and censorship.
I hope this patch helps you play the game how it was originally meant to be played.
