I ended up using Divine Confetti for the Shichimen fights, even though they're TECHNICALLY possible without it. The problem is that they take a lot longer to stun without confetti, and if you can't keep up a regular stun then it's nearly impossible to avoid getting a terror proc or an unlucky terror ball hit before the end of the fights. If you're unhappy with this, I invite you to do the fights with no items!
