This is the 1999 Seihou Shuusou Gyoku prototype, which features a previously never heard before composition by ZUN, Frontal Attack.

Recorded by Seihou's creator, pbg. Unfortunately, the video is pretty noisy and the Windows MIDI synthesizer (MS GS) is used.

Plastic Space and Inventive City were posted by ZUN on his site, and I recorded them on intended hardware (SC-88Pro):
