The Jehovah's Witness organisation is equal parts democracy, theocrasy and mobb. You are allowed to vote if you are a male. But the loosing party must enforce the decision of the gang.

I belive there is a innerconflict between governingbody members, and also between forces within bethel that want to do the right thing and put all the cards on the table.
