S.C.U.M. were a Canadian punk band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The meaning of the name S.C.U.M. is that the band put an "S" in front of the Montreal's Police logo : "C. U. M." (Montreal Urban Community). This is their Born Too Soon... album from 1985. This upload is the CD reissue of their album Born Too Soon... that includes bonus tracks. The CD reissue was put out by Sonik's Chicken Shrimp and Paf! Disques in 2006
