We have two big Rib-eye Steaks grilled on a Santa Maria Grill accessory from Gabby's Grills. The SMG attachment sits on top of the bottom section of a Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker. Charcoal was lit and used as a base, then a couple small splits of pecan wood was added so the steaks could burn over an open wood fire. The flavor in the meat was delicious.
