One of my favorite activities when I have travelled around the world to origami conventions is dancing salsa. When I went to Ecuador in 2017 for the VII Encuentro Internacional de Origami: Riobamba), I got to do a good dose of dancing thanks to Adriana Argoti from the local origami club who happened to be an expert salsera! Even though we had never danced together, she was able to perfectly follow my often strange pretzel-ly salsa moves that I make up. To me making up salsa moves is kind of like designing origami models!
