Salman Khan just gave age-shamers and body-shamers an answer they probably weren't expecting.
During Bigg Boss, Salman Khan addressed the trolling around his age, weight and appearance — and then took off his T-shirt and showed exactly why judging somebody because they're “old”, “mota”, “uncle” or “buddha” completely misses the point.
But this Peepoye reaction isn't only about Salman Khan.
We talk about the body-shaming surrounding Katrina Kaif, the ridiculous expectations placed on women after pregnancy, paparazzi culture, social-media trolling, and the mentality that believes someone's age decides what they are “allowed” to do.
I've faced the same argument myself: “Peepoye is in his 40s. Why is he talking about topics concerning people in their 20s?”
My question is simple: Who decided that your age determines what you're allowed to speak about?
