Three absolute favorites putting in so much work.
Sabin has AoE shave, delay, & splash
Auron has the same + melee imperil, ibrv/mbrv debuffs
Quistis gives the team battery & overflow, 40% atk aura, controls boss spd, stacks mbrv debuff
Alexander summon to heal
Strat:
Stay alive, keeping enemies shaved. Once adds are killed via splash damage, lower enemy to 50%, where the adds will be resummoned. Summon before adds take their turn, deal as much splash damage as possible. Once they are dead, swap in Leo or Quistis friend, never let the boss get another turn!
BRV DMG Reduction was no problem, with ignore defense, Sabin was still hitting 7500+ and that's with a minimal party atk aura and significant debuffs. The bear is still kicking!
