S8 E11 GWT: Bikepacking South Skyline Drive from Ephraim Canyon to I-70

My long-term project of hiking and biking Utah's portion of the Great Western Trail in sections continues on this 45-mile southbound chunk located north of I-70 in Utah's Manti La Sal National Forest. This was my first bike packing trip and bypassed the Dead Horse Ridge Trail part of the GWT by continuing along an alternate route: Skyline Drive all the way down to I-70.
