Still having some issues with the turn-act (rotary cylinders for the head and both arms). They leak some air and doesn't properly turn and the leg bend cylinder are disabled as it rests below the stage.

Satisfying popping popcorn of Billy Bobs Valves - ASMR (See what makes them move!) Connor Leschinsky 2020-04-07 | I had people asked me what was making all those clicking noises...well those clicking noises are from the Mac valves 913A that these Rocka-Fire Explosion/Chuck e Cheese characters uses to actuate cylinders in their frames to create visual movements. The valves switches the air direction to and from the cylinder for each individual movements resulting in making popping noises. In some way, they can sound satisfying! Discovered Missing Lynchburg Rockafire Explosion Band! (Fresh Barn Find!) Connor Leschinsky 2020-01-19 | For many years, the original Lynchburg, VA Showbiz animatronics were once again found and saved! The original store location was present since the 80s, converted into Chuck e Cheese through concept unification, then converted back into Billy Joe's Ice Cream Parlor featuring the Rock-afire Explosion once again! Sadly this location had closed and the characters and all other restaurant assets had been sold off into the hiding...until today!This find had been discovered thanks to @sptproductions assistance!

Enjoy!What had changed at this location is that they removed Pizzacam, sadly the restoration was not enough. There were other problems with him such as the tolomatic cylinder was broken and too expensive to replace.Moon and Building tolomatic cylinders were leaking as well, so they were turned off and held upright so they are visible at all times.

I had a chance to come up and visit to record the band. Pizzacam are still disabled for the moment, we just need to replace the tolomatic cable so he can rise out of the box with no air leaks.In this video, from the graybox cabinet, one of the bottom long driver circuit board was bad causing Helen and Jasper to not work properly. The board had been replaced after this video was taken. I thought it was interesting to see the characters move with a defective long driver board.Good news! Mr. Munch foot tap now works after many years of not being used! His body lean is on the next thing to fix for the show. You may noticed that Mr. Munch have new eyelids, I created a 3D model of the original CEI eyelids and had it 3D printed. It fits better than CEC's cheap eyelids which doesn't quite fit for some reason...

The Lion Sleeps Tonight - Rockafire Explosion Rolfe test Connor Leschinsky 2017-05-21 | I finally got the right tunnel and characters output so I can properly play Rolfe! He works great, I still need to clean up the data on the showtape. It may be the reel to reel going bad or it could just be the showtape itself is getting worn out.Unfortunately...my air compressor couldn't keep up with Rolfe. I am using 60psi, the air compressor was working overtime trying to provide air pressure. The air pressure got low as 30psi which results in sticky valves and some loss of movements. In addition to the test, I replaced the mouth cylinder and Earl rotate cylinder with brand new cylinders from the original manufacturer.3/13/2018 Also I changed title from "In the jungle" to "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" because people keeps bugging me about it.

Question for Bear-a-Dise restoration Part XX, Billy Bobs arm. Connor Leschinsky 2017-04-02 | The Bear-a-dise restoration video are excellent, I liked how the arm turned out.. I was curious if the arm piece should have set of two holes instead of one? I wondered if the "retrofit" arm that wasn't done by CEI forgot to include the other hole? The second set of holes may be useful to increase the strength of the arm and reduce the wear on the aluminum by the arm stud.

Unfortunately only the bottom drawer was salvaged since it had been damaged in a damp environment. Slowly pieces by pieces had been found to create a functional graybox! I borrowed the showtape from a very good friend to test my graybox (bottom drawer). Also guys... This isn't really Rolfe performing... It's actually Fatz (or his output). Oh boy... I hope he doesn't break my neck for giving him a wrong body.

Discovered! Rock-Afire Explosion Characters Connor Leschinsky 2015-10-18 | This video footage was taken during the 3 days weekend of Labor's Day. I took a 17 hours trip to Kansas to pick up Rolfe. Sorry I wasn't able to record him while he was with the others. I was excited and wanted to take him home as soon as possible. The others (Beach Bear and Mitzi) are sold to another collector that arrived about 30 minutes after I arrived.I'll do a close-up of my Rolfe later in the future.

T Gauge - SD70M First Test Run Connor Leschinsky 2014-10-01 | This is the very first alpha test run. The train is powered by T-Gauge PWM transformer. The motor itself is a 3.2mm Shicoh motor. This train model was 3D printed. The electrical pickups are still being worked on.
