Definitely a bit different from the normal stuff I do, especially with the vocals I used lol, but I feel like it turned out super nicely because of help of Robin. She really kept the structure of the song together while I mostly worked on the individual/small details of the song and mix. This was such a joke concept when I first started it because I thought in no world would these two songs go well together, but I tried my best lmao. This was a lot of fun to make, I may produce some more mashups as exercises or something when I'm lacking motivation to make some original pieces (which, on that note, more songs are on the way I swear. I just have an excruciatingly slow production pace).Also this mashup was definitely pretty difficult. Golden Hour is kinda waltzy, so all the lyrics have 3/4 rhythm which was hard to put with the 4/4 in Stay With Me. Technizite - Crystal Window Technizite 2022-05-05 | And here it is - my latest piece, my magnum opus (behind Lorax Lofi). Nearly every instrument here was sound designed by me, several mixer channels and effects, EQing, etc. This is the piece I put the most work into so far and I hope you enjoy it! The ending is a little lackiluster though since FLStudio crashed on me and I couldn't re-open the project, all I have is the mp3 so I was too proud of it to leave it be.

Technizite - Tunnel Vision Technizite 2022-05-04 | I made this one after a hiatus with FL Studio. I had been going to the DAW and making short stubs of songs, but didn't have enough inspiration to actually finish any. One day I had a surplus of free time and spent all day working on this. I finished it quite literally in one day, but in an ENTIRE DAY, since I worked on it non-stop since morning and finished it at night. Is it the most complex thing I've made? No. Is it original or unique from my other works? Not really. There's nothing really that I'm particularly proud of (besides the theming), but that's fine. I needed this piece to get back into the roll of finishing music again, and that significance is what makes me proud of it. I feel like we all have those pieces, it's not like music production is nonstop improvement, you have your ups and downs in anything you do. This isn't to say this might not be someone's favorite song, I don't want to insult someone's taste in music because I do still feel like this is one of my best pieces, but only because I've improved as a producer in general so it's a lot more polished and organized.
Griffith Posgay - Lorax Lofi (Sad) (Technizite Reimagination) | INSTRUMENTAL Technizite 2022-05-04 | The instrumental version of the other one. I just took the vocals out lol. It was very fun to work with the vocals btw, but I have fruity edition of FL Studio so I couldn't actually see the waveforms. I had to place a note on a piano role from a sampler and pray.
Griffith Posgay - Lorax Lofi (Sad) (Technizite Reimagination) Technizite 2022-05-04 | This is probably the smoothest thing I've made to date, at least at the time of me writing this description. An amazing friend of mine had a music class in high school and created this as part of an assignment. One day, I decided I wanted inspiration for the piece, and set out to make a remix of this piece due to its absolute glory. This was the first "finished" (if you can call it that lol) piece that I made using Vital instead of GMS, and I'm pretty proud of this sound design! Very experimental and themed, hopefully you enjoy!
Technizite - Pulsar Technizite 2022-05-04 | In effort, this is a huge jump from anything I had previously produced. I had over 30 instruments and mixer tracks with a bunch of effects for the first time, and essentially worked on this for three days straight. I made most of the instruments too, although using what little sound design potential was in the GMS synth. This would be one of the last pieces where I ever used the GMS synth before switching to Vital!
Technizite - Spark (Single Instrument) Technizite 2022-05-04 | I wanted to try out a single instrument song with a chord progression which was made of random letters chosen by my sister lol (shoutout to her). Just experimenting with melodies, chord stuff, and rhythm (since no drums)
Technizite - Racing the Clock Technizite 2022-05-04 | My first real try at a "drop." Still getting used to mastering but a big improvement in sound design - I made a majority of instruments here! Still relied on GMS a lot.
C418 - Sweden (Technizite Remix) Technizite 2022-05-04 | Not really much to say about this piece. This is the first piece I was really proud of - sure the other songs were fun and I'm proud of bits of them, but this song really started to get closer to sounding like a real song in my eyes. One I could hear outside of my own DAW and possibly enjoy. It still has a ways to go, but it was a fun experience, and my first actual remake/remix!
Technizite - Oscillation Technizite 2022-05-03 | I'm still proud of certain parts of this today. The entire thing sounds unpolished and badly mixed, the song progression is also kinda unnatural, but I may re-make this one in the future with what I know now about the FL studio DAW

Still very dated, but I started to get the feel of what instruments fit in where and a better concept of how to use them. I still was horrible with drums tho lol, there are none in this piece.

Listening to this now, I feel as though I've improved a lot from where I started. I believe I made this while I was just going into high school, so playing around with FL Studio from time to time has helped with my creative process a lot. I also used harmor for all the sounds in this besides percussion lol, now I actually know how to do sound design.
