Mirrors - DRM1 MKIV Digitone Torso T-1 r3dstar 2022-05-02 | Mirrors looks at the how predicting the future is just a reflection as time goes on. Used the T1 sequencing, Digitone handled all the synth work. Everything is multitrack recorded into Ableton where I process effects. Ride cymbals are samples. my clap is layered and filtered. Mages Trance - Model Cycles and Digitone r3dstar 2021-04-19 | Hardware Jams Weekend Challenge. I went with the mages trance as my supernatural entry. Just picked up a Model Cycles, This is the first jam out of it and between the Digitone and the Cycles, there is definitely some wizards aura coming out of these two. Subharmonicon VS Elektron! R3DSTAR VS RUPTURE // RAPTURE r3dstar 2021-01-11 | Hardware Jams weekend challenge. Last week we created a drum track in part 1 of a 2 week challenge. This weeks was to choose one of the drum tracks from another artist and finish a track with it. Great Idea, so many good drum tracks, I had a hard time picking. In the end, I picked Rupture // Raptures drums and tried to live Jam to it as if I was in the same room. I left the drum track completely in tact as it was an amazing track to begin with, it has some great breakdowns that allowed me to raise the intensity with the Subharmonicon. REJAM for the Birds - OP-Z Werkstatt-01 Subharmonicon Retrokits RK006 r3dstar 2020-12-14 | HWJ challenge weekend was to Remix a previous track I have made. Easier said than done when you do your jams live. I picked Bird brain youtu.be/VGtdjDXHbIc as I still had the drums and programming in the OP-Z. Last time I used a Volca Bass, I swapped it out for the Werkstatt and added the Subharmonicon for good measure. OPZ is the brain, with the RK006 helping keep clock with the SubH. I feel like the Moogs stomped all over the Volca Bass in comparison. Thanks for watching.
DFAM Does Acid - Subharmonicon DFAM OP-Z RK-006 r3dstar 2020-12-07 | Hardware jams weekend challenge was ACID! which I have never really done before. I messed with the DFAM all weekend trying to make it do acid and finally found a sweet spot. Add in some SubH for some chord action and I believe I surprised myself. Really enjoyed this jam and it pushed me into doing something different, forcing me to think how to use a synth in a way i was not familiar. Cheers. Enjoy and thanks for watching.
3 minutes till sunset - SubHarmonicon, DFAM, OPZ, Werkstatt-01 r3dstar 2020-11-29 | Teenage moog orgy going on here, just got the werkstatt-01 and just love the bass this thing pound out. The visual I used for this one was the final light splashing on the landscape as it sets for the night. Back in the day this was usually the beginning of an epic night. OPZ was the HH and Snare and keeping the clock in time thru the RK006, DFAM on the rhythm, SubH on the pads and the werkstatt playing the bass. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.

MusicBox - Subharmonicon DFAM OP-Z Jam r3dstar 2020-06-22 | Hardware Jam, You find your self in an old part of town, walking crooked alleyways drawn to an old shop you have never been before. An old man behind the counter watches as you are drawn to a dusty shelf at the back of the room. On it is an old wooden music box. You try to pick it up but it is unbelievably heavy. you notice a small winding key on the side. You turn it until it becomes tight you open the lid and....... First thing I thougth of was these scenes from Gremlins. DFAM, SUBHARMONICON and live improving on the OPZ with the melody. The Jam was done in one cut and video was slapped on for your viewing pleasure. Hope you all like it.
