Come along for a The 4th Annual Ribbon Run at Mountain View Vineyard in Stroudsburg. Held on National Cancer Survivors Day, this 5K run or walk brings survivors, families and supporters together to raise funds for cancer patients. Join me as I take on this run (more of a walk) with absolutely no prep. Sorry for how much I was out of breath. Enjoy!
