What's good H3X fam!
Today we are getting a bike that I feel like recently took over the community by swarm, the Sur Ron Ultra Bee. I found an overpriced 2024 (yes, I know I said 2025 in the video I'm sorry) model on Facebook Marketplace about an hour away from me, which was too good to say no to.
Before I went to seal the deal, the gang and I had the truck loaded up with our RTRs and went to tackle some off road riding in the mountains. We ended up getting our asses handed to us, and wrapped it up after a few hours and headed back home.
I dropped Zappy off, then James and I ventured to Orange County to buy this bike that I couldn't resist, taking it home minutes after riding it. With the little daylight we had left, we took the Vetra Blazer and the new Ultra Bee out to the local mountains which ended up being a great comparison between the two bikes. We explored some new trails we haven't before, found more for next time, and made it back home safe and sound.
The next day, James and I went downtown to LA to meet with some of the homies (Macbook, Jimbo Slice, and Zappy) for a quick ride. I ended up taking my Talaria out to ride while I let the Ultra Bee charge. After a solid sesh, we all split ways, but Zappy and I had other plans.
We went for another ride, ripping through DTLA doing wheelies until we ran out of battery. Zappy purchased the repossessed E Ride Pro that I recovered from Connecticut, and he brought it back to perfect condition with just a few touches. At that time, I only had a day of seat time on the bike with no real wheelie practice at all. Riding with Zappy always helps me because he's very supportive and gives great advice. It's inspiring to ride with someone who wants to make you improve on yourself and your abilities!
Expect much more content with this bike, I already have parts on the way to turn this Ultra Bee into my very own personalized bike.
