RuneScape Leagues II has a lot of strong relics, but the better question is what you actually need each one to solve.
We go through every relic tier and look at where the choices fit: Golden Touch, Survivalist, and Endless Harvest for early skilling; Divine Druid, Animal Wrangler, and Superheated for Herblore, Summoning, gathering, and production; the Tier 3 teleport relics; Crystal’s Grace, Antiquarian, and Transmutation; Production Master, Devout, and Clue Connoisseur; Rejuvenation and Perkfection; and finally the Tier 7 combat relics.
The focus here is not on declaring one relic universally best. We look at what each relic enables, where the tradeoffs are, and when another choice may make more sense for your regions, skills, or combat plans. Transmutation, for example, is a strong general resource solve, but its value changes if your regions already cover the resources you need. Rejuvenation can also become a way to fix whatever part of your League build is falling behind once you reach Tier 6.
We also break down the Tier 7 combat options and how Infernal Fire, Naragi Edict, and Icyenic Faith fit different PvM and AFK goals.
