Here's the official Rowe Films cinematography showreel for 2021. Generally speaking I'm not a massive fan of reels, usually being little more than montages of random footage and pretty shots, and usually lacking in 'story' or narrative. It's tough to make it 'feel' something. So I tried to approach mine a little differently, to perhaps give it a bit more substance than just a montage. I dunno. But anyway, it's been a cracking year, and I've been blessed to take on some incredible projects. More to come of course and I'm hoping to add to this before the year is out, so watch this space 😉

Lenses featured are too numerous to list but mostly Canon FD vintage, Samyang cine and LUMIX native m43 lenses.
Most of the footage featured was shot at 24p & 60p in 10 bit ProRes 422 and ProRes RAW, via the Atomos Ninja V monitor/recorder.
All of the footage featured was lit, shot, edited and colour graded by Tommy Rowe of Rowe Films.
