This is my (long overdue) entry for the second round of the Shades of Reality contest, hosted by RaikoElric.

The second round, the Green Challenge, was emotion. I picked the Mint Challenge, because I feel like no effects was closer to my style, and since I couldn't find an instrumental song I was inspired by. So, this video has no effects, no colorings, etc.
I picked the Doctor and Rose because I was moved by their relationship and I just had the idea to make a video for them with this song. I loved the idea of lovers separated, as they are by an entire dimension, and the mention of lonely souls. If the Doctor isn't a lonely soul, despite his many companions, I don't know what is. I also had the mini idea of him applying this to Rose as well and the wonderful times they had together.

I wasn’t sure what to make you this year when I was going through your song list. I had a few ideas but then I heard this song and I loved it because I love these artists and the ‘cannonball’ part just made me think of these two and I was like ‘I have to do it’. So I just wanted to make something about them protecting and supporting each other. It alternates between their POVs and they each have a chance at helping each other and being helped. Like siblings, they fully support and care for each other.
