This is my 1:1 recreation of the House of the Surgeon in Pompeii, Italy. The primary sources I used for this house are House of the Surgeon, Pompeii: Excavations in the Casa del Chirurgo, https://www.pompeiiinpictures.com, Piranesi's Antiquités de la Grande Grèce, Padiglione's Cork Model. This is the English version of the Latin video which acts to give some of my rationales for various decisions made throughout my building process. Using English, I am also able to go into greater detail about the rooms and the house's history.
If I misstated any of the dates, please let me know in the comments and I can correct them there. I did not prepare a script for this, and I did not reread all the research I did before making this video, so it is possible I mixed up a date or two.
