Felt there on the hill.... The Daniel Process 2020-07-09 | This video and writing came about by things that have been happening the last 3 weeks. I have start a few new things. I have decided to run again. I haven’t done that since my time in the Marines. This has also made me want to be more efficient with what and when I eat. So I also started fasting no less then 16 hours a day. Fasting and running have made me aware of many things. It’s a very different world in my shoes. My Pops.... The Daniel Process 2020-06-30 | This video is about a text message that I sent to my father on Fathers Day. It was just supposed to be a quick send with the normal “thanks” and “love you” ring to it. I sat on the couch composing the text and it turn down a rabbit hole of poetic memories.
