Finn proves to be a slow burning pressure cooker of tension and suspense. Nowhere is safe. Outside or inside of your house. And sometimes your own senses can't be trusted. Our main character Anna learns this unfortunate lesson when she witnesses a gruesome event happen outside of her window, and no one believes her. No one will hear her out. No one will help her.A great study in isolation and how it can bring out the best and worst of a character's personality, this was a slow-paced book (in a good way for me) that had me guessing and doubting every plot twist it threw at me.
