Having performed at world-renowned venues such as Glyndebourne Festival Opera (UK), Bayerische Staatsoper (Germany), Royal Danish Opera (Copenhagen) and the Salzburg Festival, Levy’s interpretation of this aria showcases his extraordinary artistry. In this deeply emotional moment, Nemorino, a lovesick young man, notices a single tear in his beloved’s eye and believes it signifies her hidden love for him – a revelation of hope and joy.
