I mentioned that another YouTuber (WTF SoCal) drove out his clip guide implying he used a hammer. He actually pushed his out from left to right (still the wrong direction) with finger pressure. I also stated that the receiver dovetail is tapered. I learned that it is not. The clip guide is the part that has the taper and it is wider on the left side than the right by about 0.007" but still it must be removed the way I show in the video.

This chassis system is known for being one of the most robust and accurate platforms that you can drop your action into.In my very limited time using this chassis, I have shot my best groups out of any rifle ever! On my last trip, shot 52 rounds for eleven separate groups at 200 yards which averaged 0.915 MOA! If you're looking for a precision long range modern chassis for your M14, give the JAE-100G3 a look. It's expensive, but you can't doubt the quality.
