Description: This is a young ring neck snake i caught in Shimmerhorn Park next to Galena, KS. Its a harmless smooth scaled snake and I think it might be threatened/endangered. Im not sure though, I know the Red belly snake is but not sure about this one.

This is a young ring neck snake i caught in Shimmerhorn Park next to Galena, KS. It's a harmless smooth scaled snake and I think it might be threatened/endangered. I'm not sure though, I know the Red belly snake is but not sure about this one.
