Okay so the deal here is I'm a gig driver transporting people and a lot of time people will wait till the last 30 seconds of the 5 min. timer which when it runs out we abandon the pickup and mark them a no-show. But people like to waste that time by sitting on the neighbor's porch or standing nearby on their phones and smoking, it's usually people who don't have a profile picture so you don't know the are a passenger and think they're just some random who is just hanging out someplace. As a driver, if we have another assignment after this time waster it gets reassigned and you get a break from the back-to-back assignments because the app thinks you are hanging out and wasting time. This happens very consistently. I am updating my resume for a new job. Although this is the least annoying job I've ever had is still testing my patience
