Yoga for PMT & Period pain | Beginner level Hannah Michalak 2021-06-25 | Hey everyone welcome back to yoga by hannah today I have a practice to help relieve period cramps and pmt.Maybe you're feeling tired, cranky, sad, agitated, overwhelmed or ALL of those things, I know those are usually the main ones for me. A lot about our cycles can be difficult physically & emotionally, so today let’s take some gentle movement to get your energy flowing, and we can use our yoga poses as a natural pain relief. And before we begin- I just want to gently remind you to take today's practice nice and slow, moving your bodies mindfully and softly with your breath. YOU know your own body so if something doesn’t feel good for you, you can make adjustments or just come out of the pose and you can always come into a childs pose or savasana. 10 min Yoga to DE-STRESS and relax- EASY beginners level Hannah Michalak 2021-06-18 | Hey there you lovely bunch, today I have a short yoga practice to help you de-stress, so if you’re feeling a bit cluttered or hectic, maybe you’ve had a busy day, we’re going to take just 10 minutes out of your day to tend to it now. Just allow yourself these 10 minutes to completely focus on yourself and your breath. Today we’re focusing on the power of our exhale and we’re going to use that as our release. Yoga to Let Go of Something Hannah Michalak 2021-06-04 | Hey guys, I hope you’ve all had a great week so far?Today our yoga practice has the theme of ‘letting go’. We spend a lot of time clinging both physically and mentally, so in this class we’ll be trying to create space for ourselves both on and off the mat. Letting go of how you think your yoga poses should look, letting go of any expectations you have for yourself on and off the mat, letting go of any narratives you tell yourself about who and what you are, even just letting go of the day so far. Just a few examples there, being able to let go and release is SO powerful. Gentle Beginners Yoga | 30 minutes Hannah Michalak 2021-05-28 | Hey everyone, here we go, our first Yoga practice together. I honestly don't think I've ever been so scared to publish a Youtube video!This video is aimed at beginners, or those of you who would like to take some very gentle slow movements today, to cultivate some calm. Simple Yoga Poses for Beginners Hannah Michalak 2021-05-28 | Hey everyone, a little bit of a different video from me today- welcome to Yoga by Hannah! I know from speaking to some of you over on my instagram that you are very new to exploring yoga, or coming back to it after some time, so that was the thinking behind starting so simple with this video. I thought it may be helpful to those of you who are completely brand new to yoga, to have an idea of some of the names and shapes of some of the most simple and common yoga poses. I hope you find it helpful!
