ShySpeaks came to Los Angeles with a special kind of word! This piece was an encouragement, an admonishment, and a pep talk all rolled into one! This poem imagines the impact of a man hearing that he is a "King" from the point of view of the "Queens" in his life. The goal is that people would realize that one of the most necessary tools for lifting the "heaviness off of the head of the one who wears the crown", is a woman using her voice to remind a man that he has God-given VALUE.
