TRACK: BS F-Zero GP2's original music is quite varied, to say the least. Some tracks are more groovy and have a rock-sound to them, like Metal Fort I and II, others have a more uplifting tone, like Silence II, while tracks such as Forest I (and III) have a hint of jazz with the bouncy brass melody. However, this one track feels closer to jazz improv, in my opinion. While it's not a bad track per se, it's not one of my favorites, as each section feels disconnected, and the "climax" of the track kind of sticks out, compared to the rest of it. Granted, mine is not a 100% accurate transcription, but what I could hear from the original track didn't quite tickle my fancy. That's not to say it sounds bad, but unlike the other two, transcribing this felt like I was just inserting a bunch of random notes, that said, I do hope the result is satisfactory enough, as I did also attempt to limit myself to 5 channels, to make it fit with the rest of F-Zero's OST (something I will do in the future for the tracks I've already posted). I've decided to use some instruments from Death Wind (the "choir") and Fire Field because in the practice version, those tracks are used in-game.
I will say that I do find it unusual for them to not only discard the GP1 Sand Storm theme, but also use this for Big Blue II despite there already being an arranged version of Big Blue from GP1, making it a very unfitting pick for the course itself. In fact, the only music tracks that are NOT reused for other courses are Forest's (used for Forest I and III) and Metal Fort II's, which is quite strange. Hopefully I'll get to do Silence II and Metal Fort I's tracks in the near future, as they are my favorites!
STORY: I've always been fascinated by BS F-Zero Grand Prix 1 and 2 (long name, huh). It has vehicles that would never return to the series after this entry (such as the Blue Thunder - which is my personal favorite, it just looks so cool and the name sounds badass - the Luna Bomber, the Green Amazone and the Fire Scorpion), alongside a few new locations, such as Sand Storm, Metal Fort and Forest. Some of these race tracks were preserved, but as of now, the remaining Metal Fort and Forest layouts (alongside the new ones for already existing locations) seem to be lost media. I can only hope the rest are found.
While BS F-Zero GP1's music seems to be rearranged versions of the jazz album of the original F-Zero and Nintendo Super Famicom Game Music (for Mute City and Red Canyon), alongside some original rearrangements (e.g. Port Town's), BS F-Zero GP2's original music tracks come from the practice runs before the actual grand prix races, which would play licensed music in the background.

I think the render might be off-center, oops. There weren't any good quality gameplay videos, so I settled for the logo instead. Crash Nitro Kart on the GBA is an interesting case of a game. Its music is completely different, and in the Japanese version, it's extended too! I decided to do Thunder Struck since it's relatively simple composition-wise. I tried to go for a "what if this was in Nitro-Fueled" approach, as I always wondered what the GBA tracks would've sounded like, had they been included in it. I think it's fine, tho definitely not Nitro-Fueled enough imo (Nitro-Fueled actually tends to remove some details about the songs, much like the N.Sane Trilogy, tho I feel like it does a much better job compared to it). It's been a long time since I did a Crash Bandicoot track, maybe I'll do the others? Who knows.
In the meantime, hope you enjoy!

It feels nice to do something different after dedicating much of my time to BS F-Zero GP, not that I disliked it, but I really needed a change of pace lol. Going back to one of the ongoing tropes with this channel apparently, here's another unknown song from a rather unknown game! (this time, a shmup, much like with Rude Breaker).
This is Vimana, a rather obscure Toaplan game that has a pretty banging OST. My personal favorite track (the one in the video) is "Like Flames", the theme of stage 6. I decided to rearrange this in the style of Zero Wing, another Toaplan game (mostly known for the "all your base are belong to us" meme), which received a genesis port. The port itself was great, but the biggest improvement was indubitably the music: beefier, heavier, groovier. Given that Vimana was scored by Toshiaki Tomizawa, who also composed stage 2's theme of Zero Wing (Legrous), I decided to base this remix off of that. I think it came out pretty well. You'll notice that the way it loops isn't the same as in the original arcade version, that's because I wanted to have that beginning guitar play more than once!

TRACK: Here it is folks, the last original race track remix! (not counting Forest II). This one might be my favorite, if not only for the opening, it just sounds unlike anything from F-Zero in my opinion, there's a certain "magic" to it that I can't explain.
I'm quite happy with how this SNES rendition turned out, the drums are in the same pitch as the original Silence, and I employed some techniques to make it sound good that play to the strengths of the SNES. In the previous video, CosmicTailz (btw, listen to her F-Zero Expanded OST) suggested that I use a bit of echo, and while I couldn't add it to each channel because of limitations, I did use it in certain spots to make the track sound more full, while still sticking to the 5-channel limit. All in all, it was pretty darn fun remixing this one, even if I did have to cut the trumpet counter melody at the beginning, as it exceeded the channel limit, and even if I put it, the bit with it would sound empty without the ascending notes in the background.
And wouldn't you know it, this one fits perfectly for Mute City IV as well! The original has a section with a bunch of chords that are pretty reminiscent of Mute City's are used! I still think this fits better for Silence II, because it's almost like it's a callback to Mute City, but with a sense of finality. I wouldn't say it's like Dream Chaser from F-Zero X, I think it's moreso a "transition" track between OG Silence and Dream Chaser, but it's pretty darn good, even if some may believe that it doesn't fit SNES Silence's atmosphere and general vibe.
And with that, (almost) all of BS F-Zero Grand Prix 2's race track music has been remade in SNES style! There are some other tracks like the opening theme and the ending theme which are rearranged versions of the Jazz album's takes, but I'll probably do them at a later date, as well as redone versions of Forest I-III, Sand Storm I (from GP1) and probably Metal Fort I, since I think I could've polished that up a bit more, while the other two exceed the channel limit. I'll probably do something else before jumping redoing those and BS F-Zero GP1's tracks (especially Sand Ocean and the title theme, the former is just really good, the latter has an orchestral sound that really fits the whole Grand Prix vibe, it's almost like a ceremony).
In the meantime, thanks for watching all my BS F-Zero remixes, it means a lot. Hope you'll stick around for my non-F-Zero stuff too!

Also, I learned how to sync the song with the video, lol.
EDIT: The more I listen to it, the more I feel like I could've done some things better to make it sound good, perhaps I'll redo it in the future alongside Forest I-III & Sand Storm I (GP1)
TRACK: Alright! One of my favorites! I really like this one! Though I will say that redoing these in SNES F-Zero style makes them lose a bit of flair, not to mention the limitations (which is why I will post my MIDIs of these tracks in the future as well).
Metal Fort II is still nowhere near my favorite, but I think I've slightly softened up about it? I'd still place it near the bottom though. The same can't be said for this track. It's a real bop, when I was transcribing it I was headbanging at the beginning, it's really fitting for Metal Fort, hence why I question its usage in Sand Storm I, but ah well, more chances to listen to this banger. That said, its presence in Sand Storm I did prove helpful, as recreating the melody was actually quite easy, thanks to gac200's restoration of the first week's music (which had Sand Storm I in it), that, and the track itself is quite simple. The biggest challenge was trying to make it sound good using F-Zero's SNES instruments. It's not exactly the most rock-sounding soundtrack, there's no guitar synths of the sort, and the drums are closer to 80s drums than what was used for the BS F-Zero GP2 tracks. I hope I succeeded, as this was quite the challenge, and I wanted to make it sound as good as possible, with a few corners cut, unfortunately. The beginning part was supposed to have a sax, but it sounded too irritating, hence why I used Fire Field's synth, I thought it might be grating, but Fire Field uses it at an even higher key, so I should be good. Fire Field in general did give me some clues as to how to approach this track, the grungy bass + fretless bass combo works well as a semi-substitute for guitar riffs, while in other sections I had to use trumpets and whatnot, simply to give it some variety. The drums definitely took a hit, and the 5 channel limitation didn't help, hence a lot of crashes and hi-hats had to be taken out. All in all, I'm satisfied with the result, but I do think it'd sound better with real instruments or heck, even in its MIDI form (which I will upload, as I previously said)

TRACK: Remember how I didn't exactly like Sand Storm II's music? I take it back, it's actually grown on me quite a bit. The same can't be said for this one, however. Not only was this annoying to transcribe, as there was no truly clean rip to get the notes from (therefore I had to improvise on the solo and the ending), but it's also my least favorite track next to Forest II (which again, is pretty much just a drum beat). If I had to compare this track to an already existing one, I'd say it kind of reminds me of Fall Down To The Scream from F-Zero X, which also isn't one of my favorites from that game. For the fast riffs I used the clavi-like instrument that's heard on the ending theme, as for the rest, you'll probably notice the Fire Field lead. There's really not a whole lot to this one in my opinion, I guess I like how I did the part before the loop, but even then, I had to improvise. The good news is: without counting Forest II, there's only Metal Fort I and Silence II left, which are easily the best tracks! Thinking of doing Metal Fort I first, for continuity's sake.

TRACK: Look at the little guys go! Green Amazone especially, Fire Scorpion not so much lol. Made this to take a little break from the usual stuff, and also because I wanted to talk about a few things.
First off, this little tune here is the pre-race theme from the practice run of BS F-Zero GP2, it's a simple drum pattern in the original, but I decided to try and mix it up with the results theme of the original F-Zero, I think it came out quite nice!
Second, don't worry, I will make the other tracks eventually, as I really want to get to Silence II and Metal Fort I, but I've been pretty busy lately, and didn't find much time to transcribe the songs. However, I've been thinking about doing Forest II and Metal Fort II before getting to those. There's only one problem, Forest II is near impossible to transcribe, as it just sounds like a violent beat (aside from the beginning), so that might a problem, Metal Fort II being from the second week didn't have its track isolated by gac200 like the others from week 1, but it's way more audible than Forest II, so that one might be next.
Something else I wanted to talk about is possible BS F-Zero GP1 restorations, I've already shown Sand Storm I, but I'm more so talking about the Jazz-album styled music of the original courses. There are some tracks I am not a fan of, like Fire Field's (it sounds too happy for me, but it is what it is), but others like Death Wind and Sand Ocean sound pretty dope. Then there's the two outliers, Mute City and Red Canyon, which use music from Super Famicom Game Music, however I am NOT willing to transcribe those insane solos lol, but I might take cues.

TRACK: To celebrate the release of F-Zero 99, I decided to post this SNES Style arrangement of Sand Storm I from BS F-Zero GP1! Here's hoping we get some content from GP1 and GP2 in F-Zero 99 (a GP2 re-release would be dope too, but that's wishful thinking). I will inevitably have to remake all of these, not only because of several inaccuracies, but also because F-Zero only uses 5 channels for the music instead of the full 8 channels, ah well.
Sand Storm I is an interesting case, it's the only original race track from BS F-Zero GP1 to have different themes in BS F-Zero GP2 (Sand Storm I shares its music track with Metal Fort I, and Sand Storm II with Big Blue II). I feel like this track IS Sand Storm I and II, the others are too unfitting in my opinion (Metal Fort I just sounds RIGHT with that music track, can't say the same for Big Blue II/Sand Storm II, but we'll get there eventually). What inspired me to remake this one was actually Cabbusses' attempt at ripping the Sand Storm music track using AI: youtube.com/watch?v=0R-BI2UvRxY As a matter of fact, another user by the name of gac200 has been able to restore the Soundlink broadcast audio from the first week of BS F-Zero GP2, here's hoping that it can be eventually done for the second week as well: reddit.com/r/Fzero/comments/wadjan/i_restored_the_soundlink_broadcast_audio_of_the I highly recommend giving some of these a listen.

TRACK: This track is pretty energetic, though I will say it was hard to recreate it due to the speakers talking in the background (which is all the more infuriating when they don't speak at all during the laps where licensed music is playing lol). I shortened the little break between loops and changed its tempo to match the rest of the song, I used Death Wind's... wind sound effect to make those weird "chants", I felt like they fit with the forest theme. I really like the beginning part. Apparently, this is also Forest III's theme, what's funny is that in the videos, Forest II seems to use a completely different track! Maybe I'll get around to doing that as well sometime in the future.
EDIT: well, I guess I'll have to redo this one as well lol, there's some notes missing, ah well, that's a problem for another day. On another note, I did notice some tracks use a MIDI guitar of sorts, the closest-sounding sample I could find on the SNES is from Sparkster, tho I'm not sure whether I should use it or keep these remixes strictly F-Zero styled.
Sidenote: the returning courses seem to utilize FOR THE MOST PART rearranged versions of the F-Zero jazz album, though they do seem to present some changes (e.g. Silence II uses a completely different track)

Am I the only one that thinks that Death Egg Act 2 is kinda underwhelming music-wise? This might just be me, but I personally prefer Act 2 remixes that take the original composition and change some things up, rather than keeping it mostly the same.

About the track: I decided to go full-on "Gundam Wing Endless Duel" for this one, and I might redo some of the other tracks in the future. Gravity Beetle's theme is kickass, easily one of my favorites alongside Blast Hornet's, and I feel like it could've worked wonders with a more "90's techno/dance" vibe, as you can hear from those TR-909 drums. Like I said, all of the instruments are from Gundam Wing Endless Duel on the SNES, I took a lot of inspiration from the airport stage (fittingly enough), though I had to do some tuning in order to get the samples right.
Story time: Hot take, but I like X3's soundtrack much more than X2's, despite the grating instruments and short loops. That said, I do feel like it loses something when compared to its predecessors, the guitars have no pitch bend, the brass is detuned, and all in all it could do with some touch-ups in my opinion.
No MIDIs were used this time, as I completely rearranged the song, so I did it all by ear!

This time I wanted to remake the "Mega Man II" Game Boy title theme using the instruments from "Mega Man: The Wily Wars", first time I try to approach this style but overall I think I did fine enough. Also, you may have noticed that the tunestotube logo is gone, this is because I found out that FL Studio has a visualizer that lets you export songs alongside videos, still getting the hang of it, but it's definitely a step up in presentation!
Hope you enjoy it!
Quint sprite also made by me.

Linear - StevenM,Dubswitcher,YouleanMega Man Zero - Enemy Hall Remix (No Console Limitations)TheBlurCafe2022-11-01 | Re-uploaded due to the fact that I forgot to put ONE hi-hat note. Fml.
So, you know how I did that Mega Man Zero 2 rearrangement of sorts? I decided to do it again, but with the first game instead!
I've come to the conclusion that a lot of tracks from the remastered version of the OST sound superior to the in-game version, especially in the case of Mega Man Zero 4.
For this one however, I decided to take inspiration from both the in-game version and the Mythos remix, and I'm fairly proud of the result. My main goal was to add more instruments, as the original track was kinda bare-bones.
Hope you enjoy it!Rude Breaker - Stage 1 (Thunder Force IV Style)TheBlurCafe2022-10-01 | I recently discovered this tune (well, recently as in, a few months ago), and decided to give it the Thunder Force IV treatment, just to see how it'd sound.
The solo might not be 100% accurate, but I'm still pretty satisfied with it.
Hope you enjoy it!Mega Man X3 - Crush Crawfish RemixTheBlurCafe2022-07-02 | About the track:
Always liked this track, felt like the loop was short enough to do some small enough changes, added a longer intro, and did the usual touch-ups with the guitar and drums.
I like the addition of the orchestra hits, the first three hits are supposed to be as if they were singing "CRUSH CRAWFISH".
Kind of a shame that the intro part doesn't get reused, but the theme fits well enough with the level to not warrant a huge track, especially if you go into Vile's secret level. Also, I love the little bass thingy before the song loops, I'm proud of that.
Story time:
Hot take, but I like X3's soundtrack much more than X2's, despite the grating instruments and short loops.
That said, I do feel like it loses something when compared to its predecessors, the guitars have no pitch bend, the brass is detuned, and all in all it could do with some touch-ups in my opinion.
To give credit where credit is due, I referenced KingMeteor's MIDI for note accuracy.
Hope you guys enjoy it, I might make more!Mega Man X3 - Toxic Seahorse Remix V2TheBlurCafe2022-06-29 | About the track:
The PS1 version has a really nice techno-ish jazzy feel, but when I was done with the remix, I felt it lacked something, I went for a brass-heavy approach but that didn't quite work, so I decided to take more inspiration from the heavier SNES version, and I'm quite proud of the result, particularly in the "climax" of the song with the bass. Still, there are sections were I decide to cut back on the guitars, where I use strings, it makes for a nice balance, complete with the "vibe" instrument, lol.

With this one, I used the intro from the PS1 version of the opening stage and then added the SNES one, I used most of the instruments from X1, but there's also some X2 instruments, and the kick and snare are from Gundam Wing: Endless Duel on the SNES.
Also, I should stress that this isn't accurate to the SNES' limitations.

Hope you guys enjoy it, I might make more!Captain Tsubasa 3 - German Team Theme Remix (NES Style)TheBlurCafe2022-04-04 | The Captain Tsubasa 3 soundtrack isn't as punchy as the NES ones, especially Captain Tsubasa 2's, but I do have to say that Germany's theme in this game sounds sick.
I extracted the drum samples from the original Captain Tsubasa 2 tracks which, thankfully, was easy enough due to some tracks starting with the drums only.
I tried to keep myself within NES limitations, so I don't know if this could play inside a real NES cartridge, nonetheless, I'm proud of this Captain Tsubasa 2 style remix of this cool musical piece.
Hope you enjoy it!Mega Man X2 - Opening Stage Remix (Mega Man X1 Style)TheBlurCafe2022-03-21 | One thing I remember about X2 and X3 is that the soundtracks aren't bad by any means, but in my personal opinion, the instrumentation lacks the punch the original game did (that, and I felt like some of the tracks were a bit too short), so I wondered: "what if I tried to extend it?".
So what started as an extension of the original turned into a fully fledged remix in the style of Mega Man X1.
Is this accurate? Quite possibly not.
Is this within the SNES limits? Most likely not.
Was this fun? Yeah, I also plan on tackling the rest of the X2 and X3 soundtracks sometime in the future!
Again, this isn't meant to be me "fixing" the original song or "making it better", it's me adding stuff that I like to an already great music track.
Anyway, hope you guys enjoy it!Mega Man Zero 2 - Departure Remix (No Console Limitations)TheBlurCafe2022-03-15 | I've been listening to MyNewSoundtrack for quite a while now (as you can clearly tell from the title), and I got inspired by his Mega Man X "No Console Limitations" remixes, needless to say, they are awesome.
So I tried to do something similar, and decided to "upgrade" Departure from Mega Man Zero 2, a fantastic music track, but one that -in my humble opinion- is held back by the GBA's limitations, that's why I decided to recreate the original song by ear and "spiced it up" a bit.
I'm personally fairly proud of the result, I got to test Mega Man Zero's instruments (using a sample pack by Dracula9AntiChapel), and they're all really satisfying to use, perhaps when I have a better understanding of them I'll do some more stuff!
Also, apologies if the audio mixing sounds off, when I listen to it with headphones the distortion guitar is louder, but when I listen to it from my laptop's speakers it sounds tinny, same goes for some other instruments, once I get back to my old PC I'll see how good it actually sounds lol.
And I feel like I need to explain here that this isn't meant to be me "fixing" the original song or "making it better", it's me adding stuff that I like to an already great music track.
Anyway, hope you guys enjoy it!It Has To Be This Way - Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Mega Man X SNES RemixTheBlurCafe2022-02-27 | First off: many thanks to my good pal SoniKast for helping me out with syncing the animation and the music, I owe you one buddy! Here's the link to the channel: youtube.com/c/SoniKast
Hey look it's the punching stuff to death song. Funny thing is that the meme shows the first phase of the fight against Senator Armstrong, but the song doesn't actually play until the very last phase. Real talk tho, this song SLAPS, I recreated it by ear (you can find my MIDI on VGMusic, although it's slightly outdated). I think it's a good time to post this, the meme only recently started gaining attention afaik, so that should help this remix take traction.
Regardless, I hope you guys enjoy this video, and if you do, share it around if you'd like!Darius Force / Super Nova - A King RemixTheBlurCafe2022-01-04 | So, this game is known as Super Nova, but it's actually part of the Darius series (my personal favorite shoot 'em up series), although it is not as well known as its other entries.
Its gameplay is on par with Darius Twin, the other Super Nintendo entry of the series, albeit the latter plays faster, but to compensate, Darius Force has multiple ships to select from, so there's a bit of added replay value.
When I first played the two, I didn't like Twin's music, and adored Force's, as time passed, my feelings toward the two soundtracks greatly changed, and while I can still appreciate Force's soundtrack, Twin's just feels more "Darius", the complex compositions and instruments really elevate it for me, Force's main drawback is exactly the opposite, the compositions are often pretty simple, and instrument-wise sound like they use the standard Roland SC-55 patches, especially noticeable when you listen to the brass, the drums and the overdrive guitar.
What I tried to do here is breathe new life into the first level's theme, and even though this certainly goes beyond the SNES' sound capabilities, I never aimed to make it limitation accurate :p
Changing the key of the song really helped it imo, and I had fun messing with the overdrive guitar, I personally think I did an ok job.
Hope you all enjoy it!

Well, aside from the Game Over theme (which is a worse version of Voxai Colony Beta), this was the last track I needed to redo, it may not be great (lack of resources and whatnot) but I'm pretty satisfied with the result, and I hope you enjoy it as well.
I had originally made a MIDI long time ago, and it's on VGMusic, but it's quite outdated and not as accurate, when I have time, I might convert this to a MIDI as well.
The Story:
So, you know how I redid Chronicles' soundtrack? I feel like I've improved since the past uploads, will I jump on making some new ones and post them straight away? Well, not now, but in the future? Sure, why not?

I actually REALLY like the soundtrack for this game, too bad the game itself is full of microtransactions, btw I think I might prefer this to the Turtle Woods theme from the original Crash Bandicoot 2, but hey, to each their own.
Getting the organ sound was pretty easy, but making it sound good was another thing entirely, same for the strings!

The last one to cap off the Sonic Chronicles Remix playlist (until I decide to redo it all over again).
It's not perfect, I know, but I will probably come back to this some time in the future.
Btw, this final boss theme SLAPS! It's a shame that the battle itself doesn't last enough for you to listen to the rest of it, seriously, it's a banger of a track!

Alright, onto boss territory!
With this out of the way, only the major Ix fights are left to be published!
Then I can finally say I am done with this game, right?
... Right?
This is probably my third favorite battle theme in the game, in second place there's the one that sounds like Tidal Tempest, and in first place is Ix's final boss theme (absolute banger).
I decided to put the actual piano melody from Panic Puppet in there, since the last section seemed a tad empty at first, I also played around with some vocal samples.

What if Ghost Town and Casino Forest merged into one track? I always thought Ghost Town's melody was really nice, but the track itself was too upbeat and cheery for a Ghost Town, Casino Forest on the other hand, I really like, but the level itself is a mess.
I thought, why not merge the two? So I made a track that had both stages' themes in it!
Hopefully I did a nice job.
And yep, I made the picture as well!

I really didn't like the original one at all, it seemed so empty and lacking, it felt nothing more than a bunch of compressed audio of some white noise and then a metal solo.

This is one that I originally didn't like all that much, mainly because I felt like the interesting part ended too early in favor of the "darker" second half of the track, which is a shame.

For a change of pace, I wanted to upload this (admittedly old) remix, changed a few things in the original MIDI to give it a more Star Fox 64 feel, and I feel like it works! Fear not tho, for I will eventually redo it in the future. I've lately been in a sort of "Star Fox" zone right now, yesterday I finished the SNES one (screw route 3, by the way) and I plan on playing Star Fox 2 as well. I'll be honest, I find this theme to be on par if not even better than the one we got in Star Fox 64, not saying that one is bad, but something about this one clicks with me in the right way, oh well! This was a much needed change of pace from the Sonic Chronicles craze I've put you guys through, hope you'll enjoy this!Sonic Chronicles Remade OST - VictoryTheBlurCafe2020-06-21 | Victory: Okay, okay, I lied about the "big boy" stuff coming up, but I felt like I needed to post this. Anyway, I probably won't be posting the "Game Over" track since it's basically a crappy version of the Voxai's theme, with less instruments, so, yeah. This is the final filler track tho, get ready guys, as soon as stuff's done with, you'll be surprised.

(or rather, it does, but it's not there for some reason). This one had to be completely reworked in something new, much more fitting for Imperator Ix, therefore I decided to insert his melody instead of the "Big Arm" theme, but I did make some mentions to it at the very beginning, by changing the structure, I allowed myself more creative freedom, sorta like with Angel Island, except I believe I did a much better job here! If you think I'm done, well, you're wrong! I still have to post the Title track and... something else ;). Stay tuned!

Picture taken from Sonic Retro.Sonic Chronicles Remade OST - Angel IslandTheBlurCafe2019-11-09 | Angel Island: The only field track as of now that I had to completely remake, as in, only keep the OG song's bass line and rework everything else. Next to Mystic Ruins, this was my second least favorite in-game MIDI to edit (hence why the complete revamp) yet I kept the Collision Chaos bass line so that it gave a sense of familiarity to those who might not have expected these many changes. And yes, that is me saying "Ego Imperator Ix" which means "I am Imperator Ix", the original sentence was longer, as I had planned to say "I am Imperator Ix, those who stand in my way will perish" but it was too hard to mix and fit within the track, hence the shortening.

The use of strings and pianos, plus a couple of horns and bells really made it stick out in a good way, I especially like the part where the melody starts to pick with the strings (similarly to Gaia's Gate from Sonic Unleashed) right before the main motif kicks in, I just love this track, I can picture this being played while Sonic & pals are fighting against the Zoah while a thunderstorm is happening in the meantime!
