This week on RfRx, join us for a discussion with Jennifer Bartley, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Healing from Religion. Jennifer will share insights from her core passion: equipping people recovering from religious harm with the supportive resources of the psychology field. She trained with Dr. Marlene Winell — the psychologist who named Religious Trauma Syndrome and wrote Leaving the Fold. Jennifer also knows this terrain firsthand: she spent thirty years inside a high-control faith before rebuilding her life on the other side.

Join us either in Zoom (where you can ask questions), or watch the show live on YouTube. And remember to stay for the Zoom hangout after the show.

The primary focus of Recovering from Religion (RfR) is to offer hope, healing, and support to those struggling with issues of doubt and non-belief. This transitional period is an ongoing process that can result in a range of emotions, as well as a ripple effect of consequences throughout an individual’s life. We are here to help each other through this journey.
