I’m Ralph from Flexfilm, and I’ve watched too many people focus on solar energy protection when they sell ceramic window film. But I’ve found the real key is heat insulation. In other words, does the film actually slow down heat transfer? Sure, blocking solar energy sounds great on paper, but if there’s no insulation layer, that heat blasts right through. Good ceramic film works more like a sheet of paper in front of a campfire—it puts the brakes on the heat. That’s why I believe we should highlight insulation first, not just how much solar energy gets blocked.
