1080p!
I'll remember making this video for the rest of my life, and I can really say that Regina killed my laptop. I had just finished editing and colouring and knowing my machine is so-so, I saved the clip to ext. disk, FORTUNATELY! Then it crashed and wouldn't turn on and I was totally on the floor. Luckily there's a tiny notebook with Vegas 8 and a pc with SV11 (limited use) and when I had almost finished, Vegas 11 would stop working and wouldn't render so I had another surge of devastation, LOL! So this video is a weird mixture of SV 8, 10 and 11, as well as blood, sweat and tears, three things that have well to do with Her Evil Majesty! A labour of love, so to say.
I also had some brightness and contrast issues, but in the end I made it. Even if I had so much trouble making this video, I had great fun because of Her Mayorness and her evil ways. Thanks for this challenge, it was an excellent opportunity to do something I've been planning for a long time. :D The plan was to make bitchy videos for Cora (done) and now her cute little evil daughter Regina. :))
Now to the song - I know it is not the most original one, but this video is a part of the Cora~Regina thing, not to mention that I love it and Regina is the perfect match for it. :D
For a moment I wanted Black Magic Woman from Santana, but I thought it wasn't badass enough so I may do it later on when I've fixed the laptop problem.. eh..
Last but not least - I am not really fond of subtitling, but I did make a few just because I thought the voiceovers were a bit quiet (when whispering). I generally think subs are distracting so I tried to limit the use. I have my own copy without subtitles, btw. SO much better. I am planning on doing a remake to add more effects as I couldn't really do what I initially wanted.
