The Rees-Dart Track is known as classic Kiwi multi-day tramp in the Mt Aspiring National Park. It contains a variety of landscapes from wide-open valleys, to enchanting native forest and the iconic Rees Saddle. However, creek crossings, exposed alpine sections, dynamic slip areas, and numerous avalanche paths across the route mean you’ll want to pick the right time to attempt this tramp.
