Your pain is valid, even if it doesn’t look like someone else’s.

If something is stealing your peace, your joy, or your sense of self… that’s enough. You don’t need to be “broken enough” or “healed enough” to ask for support.

Instead, ask:
Am I tired of doing this alone?
Would support make this load a little lighter?
Do I want more than just surviving?

If the answer is yes, then you’re ready. Full stop.
