It has been alleged recently that Mike Rogers, who was Walton’s boss at the time of the incident, made a death bed confession stating that the incident was a hoax. Rogers also allegedly stated that he was personally responsible for hoaxing some crop circles in England during the 1990s, and also for the 1997 Phoenix Lights incident.
