I've been using these convenient wading pools for many things in the garden over the past 10 years. I particularly enjoy mixing soil in them, everything stays nice and tidy. However, if rain approaches, it can drown my newly mixed soil because the pools don't drain. I found an easy way to cover them ( I used to place a tarp over it but it did not work well ), just put my larger pool on top of the smaller one! Easy peasy!
