In this episode, Alexandra chats to angel healer and hypnotherapist, Rae Calnan of Radiant Angel Energy.
Rae, who grew up in an openly spiritual family says:
‘I went to spiritualist churches as a child. My mum did palmistry and psychometry and my aunt did Tarot… so I was always in that environment and I always sensed energy. But, although I was very much a spiritual child, I have a very analytical mind. So with everything I do, I go in and look at it all before to see what’s behind it. I was into kaleidoscopes and microscopes because I wanted to see how things worked.’
On beginning to work with angels, Rae says:
‘It wasn’t a big awakening, like “Hey, we’re here!” It was just very subtle and I knew they were there.’
On her first experience of past-life regression, Rae says:
I went back to the 18th century and it was Spanish, French Pyrenees and I was a little 7 year old child. I remember there was a stone house and I was walking with bare feet into the mountains and there was snow. I didn’t have much of a life because I was a very sickly child. I didn’t have any friends because I was sickly, but I used to see children walking by… the garden was beautiful and I… sat down with my back against a tree and I felt my heart stop. I died as a 7 year old.’
‘When I work with people in past-life regression, quite often your self will allow you to experience the death in a. Slightly different way so it’s not as scary.
Rae is trained in Angelic Reiki, Hypnosis, Past-Life Regression, Future Life Progression and also does angel readings.
