The basic functionality is fully complete, just not any sort of NPC. Once the NPCs are complete, however, things such as the Big Earner will have their "Gain a speed boost on kill" bonus programmed in (though I'm not entirely sure how the "-25% max health on wearer" stat will work, seeing as the player's traditional 3-heart health system isn't properly able to be divisible by 25%).
