The story goes:Simpkin (brown tom) is in love with Firestar (orange she-cat, named after THE firestar by her ex-owner who was a NERD *cough cough*). But as an apprentice, Simpkin is told by the clan fortune teller that he will never find love with Firestar. to further prove his point, Firestar meets Stumpyspirit at the next gathering. The two hit it off and Firestar has to break the news to Simpkin that she only likes him as a friend. Simpkin is not happy.
