So we had to get one, but then T-Mobile gave us the wrong phone so we got the wrong number on the back of phones. We had to get the correct number, send it to AT&T, have them unlock the phone, and get it activated by T-Mobile instead. In other words, much confusion and crap but it'll work eventually.
