Competitive Archfiend Deck 2025 Full Guide! Tips, Tricks, Combos!

New Archfiend deck using Archfiend Matador! Primary game plan is to summon Chaos Archfiend and swing for game. You usually accompany Chaos with Emperor and Advent. Thanks to the Ritual Spell giving us an extra summon, that makes most Archfiends viable as at least a 1 of, but Advent is really good. The 500 ATK buff is nice, but it steals monsters and makes Sheridan live, giving us decent removal capabilities.

Example turn 1 end boards are usually a mixture of Caesar, Chaos Archfiend, Simul Archfiends and Shenshen. Simul is usually enough of a floodgate on its own to turn off most decks, and Shenshen is basically D Shifter. Underrated but Shenshen can also return banished cards to the GY.

Nefariouser and Archfiend Eater enable Shenshen, but also provide extended plays without needing a normal summon.

Fiendsmith just lets us unbrick most hands, and it's small enough that it doesn't become the deck's identity. The one Mutiny and Dawn's Light are there to recycle any 3 fiends from our GY into the Deck. Really useful but also the fusion monster nets us an Heiress search.

9 HTs, and I also highly recommend Triple Tactics Thrust to search Pre Prep. You can run it in the side deck for games 2-3 when you know you're going second.

High impact Matador searches:
Bone + Archfiend Eater
Bone + Advent
Bone + Palabrynth
Bone + Simul
Then anything else. You usually always want to search Bone to create Chaos Archfiend or similar.

The Primite package just gets us going, with Dipity being a Fiendsmith starter and Archfiend Soldier being Chaos Archfiend fodder. You can run 1 Link Spider if you want to turn either into a quick effect monster for linking off. There's lots of other packages but I've found this one to be consistent. Roar is also a banish disruption.

Other great considerations:

A Bao - similar to Muckraker but at a higher link rating. It's really good but Extra Deck space is very tight. I prefer running Underworld Goddess and Typhon for generic get out of jail free cards.

Archfiend's Ghastly Glitch - sometimes all you need is a pop. I prefer Simul for early stopping power, but Glitch is better in the long run I think

Deal + Berserk - fun to use but I replaced with with Mutiny and Dawn for extra consistency.

Archfiend Empress - ultimately cut her because I'm not using any Dark Spirits. I found that I just wasn't utilising them enough in this build. You could reduce your HT count if you wanted to run that package though.

Fiendsmith transforms Archfiends completely. We can finally run handtraps or board breakers without hurting our consistency. Chaos Archfiend is a viable win con thanks to Weiss. In general, the deck no longer feels like a frankenstein deck. We can actually use several Archfiend cards as the main engine thanks to how compact Fiendsmith is. I am also definitely aware of how badly I missplayed against Flame Swordsman :c

Yubel is the next powerful competitive Yugioh deck, with its ability to Super Polymerization the board, reflect damage, and float into monstrous beings such as Yubel Terror Incarnate, and Yubel The Ultimate Nightmare. This has got to be one of the funest decks I've played in a long while and I really can't wait for Legacy of Destruction to come out in April (LEDE).

Gold Rated Archfiend Deck in 60 Seconds

This is a variant of Archfiends called Masterking Control, and focuses on locking the opponent either into fiends with Archfiend Emperor, or locking them into D/D/Ds using Vice King Requiem. In addition to that, it has the standard Emperor/Empress setup with the Dark Spirits, but with some added tuners for Chaos Archfiend.

Continuing the long road that is the ranked ladder climb! These games were some of the most diverse I've ever seen, from Ninjas, to Vendreads to Branded, and even a cheeky burn strategy! These games were really fun and I'm hoping to continue this climb! Can we reach the top rank with just Archfiends? Gotta rep the OG mascot even if Yugi isn't. This deck uses the Dark Spirits as always, but has some tuners that enable Chaos Archfiend. If Chaos Archfiend is unavailable, then Berserk Dragon is a nice alternative (if a little bricky!). Why you should be playing Lightsworn Archfiend

The Archfiend Guy 2023-12-25 | Weiss, Lightsworn Archfiend is such an amazing card and it's the first tuner for the Archfiend archetype! With Weiss, we can summon Chaos Archfiend, our win condition, naturally. That's not all though! In addition to Chaos Archfiend, we can do all sorts of synchro summoning, from monster nukes from Supreme King Dragon Clear Wing, or effect locking via Hot Red Dragon Archfiend King Calamity. This video reviews Lightsworn Archfiend, shows some combos, test hands, a deck profile, and has a series of games that show off what an Archfiend deck might look like with their very own tuner. This video shows you why you should be playing Lightsworn Archfiend. The deck also makes a return to the Dark Spirit cards! Since we mill often, it's fairly easy to mill and recycle Dark Spirit of Banishment and Malice.

Berserk Archfiend Changes EVERYTHING

A bit of a first here, everyone! I've been having a lot of fun playing Yubel and I really wanted to share my deck profile with you all. This is the only Yubel deck guide you'll ever need! I'll go over the deck, card by card, my general thoughts on the deck's strategy, as well as tech cards and packages. I mainly use a pure Yubel deck with a small Neos Fusion package, but I'll discuss the Sacred Beast Gates package in detail, as well as some combos with it, and I'll also discuss the Diabellestar engine and how well that synergises with Yubel. The latest Archfiend deck for the December 2022 format! This is a Chess Archfiend Deck Profile. That's right everybody, a Chess Archfiend deck. But Archfiend Guy, Chess Archfiends are terrible, why build them? While it is somewhat true, the older chess themed Archfiends are gimmicky and outdated, they have some qualities about them that make them shine:

- Their dice roll gimmick
- Their stats
- Their levels

Having a dice roll mechanic means they are summonable from the deck using Dice Dungeon and Dimension Dice! This lets us turbo out certain Chess Archfiends for xyz plays and general combo'ing. The negate and destroy is nice, but not to be relied upon.

This has been a really fun deck to build and run! I feel like this is innovative as the other Chess Archfiend decks floating around rely on beatdown through equip spells, gimmicky That Six interactions and the odd Pandemonium search. This build is a little faster and actually puts out interruptions and has Chaos Archfiend as a win condition.

We still use standard Archfiend cards such as the Dark Spirits and Archfiend Empress, but the main purpose of the deck is to use the Chess Archfiends for xyz plays.

Although I say competitive, everything is relative! You're not beating Tearlaments with this deck, but it can put up a decent fight against lower tier and rogue strategies. If you wanted to spice things up a bit, you could shift some cards around and run some floodgates such as Rivalry of Warlords and Skill Drain, both excellent floodgates for any Archfiend deck.

Terrorking Archfiend Infinite Summon Loop

The Archfiend Guy 2022-12-04 | Ever wanted to summon Terrorking Archfiend an infinite number of times? Well now you can! Back in the day, the classic combo was to send Desrook into the GY so that you revive the destroyed Terrorking Archfiend. Now, in combination with Pandemonium and Masterking Archfiend, we have a Terrorking Archfiend infinite summon loop! This does not protect from battle, but it does loop from card effect destruction. It's a fun little loop that can keep you freshly walled up (unless they try to pop Masterking of course...).

Also, please note that the Gilfer loop is not really legal! It does not work in Master Duel, and judges tell me that it'll be up to the local judge to rule whether it is a legal move. This is mainly due to cards not being updated with PSCT. You don't need the Gilfer loop to establish the Terrorking infinite summon loop though! So you can still do that :)

The Autowin Archfiend Deck 2022 - Masterking Control

The Archfiend Guy 2022-11-27 | Behold, the Archfiend deck that can completely lock your opponent out of the game! Add a Mystic Mine for more brutality (rip latest banlist). This Archfiend deck will have you looping Archfiend of Gilfer to draw all your Archfiend monsters, and using Masterking Archfiend to control the gamestate by milling cards such as Farfa and Tour Bus! Locking with Archfiend Emperor or D/D/D Vice King Requiem can lead to an autowin, especially if you tech in some Falling Downs. Right now, the deck relies quite a bit on Unending Nightmare, so I'd like to see an Archfiend equivalent in the near future, but until then this deck is probably one of the more casual builds, but showcases a lot of cool stuff you can do with the archetype. Masterking Control is a working title but I like it! Of course, the deck still utilises the Archfiend Empress / Dark Spirit loop to continuously summon high level fiends.

The New Meta Crushing Archfiend Support!

The Archfiend Guy 2022-09-14 | We're back once again with brand new meta crushing Archfiend support! Absolute bangers by Konami this year. So far we've gotten Archfiend's Ghastly Glitch, Labrynth Archfiend, the upcoming Simult Archfiends, and now we have the new Chaos Archfiend!

Chaos Archfiend is a level 8 synchro monster that can board wipe through attacking and beefing its own attack stat up! It can also float into other monsters, which is exactly what Archfiends do! It's a fantastic Archfiend Empress targeting moving forward. In this video I break down all the new support and how they fit into Archfiends, in addition to some combos and ideas for future deck builds!

These new cards are coming out in the upcoming set Photon Hypernova, so be sure to keep an eye out for them! Chaos Archfiend I believe is going to be a Collector's Rare and Secret Rare.

Masterking Archfiend is Low-Key Busted!

The Archfiend Guy 2022-09-08 | Masterking Archfiend is WAY better than previously thought, being able to provide a small engine that recycles ANY Archfiend to your hand, whilst also providing GY and field disruption. Turns out Masterking Archfiend is low-key busted and Konami had its design right all along!

By using Masterking's effect, you can recycle Archfiends infinitely!

Being able to mill numerous times and even summon powerful monsters such as Berserk Dragon makes Masterking a force to be reckoned with. It might be time to think about how we can best utilise Masterking Archfiend in Archfiend decks moving forward.

Yu-Gi-Oh! TACTICAL MASTERS UNBOXING | All New Archfiend Cards!

The Archfiend Guy 2022-09-02 | Here's my Yu-Gi-Oh! Tactical Masters Unboxing video! This set introduces three new archetypes! The snowbally, trap heavy Labrynth, the mass banish deck out Runicks (Mysterune), and the column/row swapping Vaylantz (Valiants). All three decks are pretty cool but I'm most hyped for Labrynth, mainly because there are some new Archfiend support cards! Labrynth Archfiend is a monster with 2000 ATK, 2800 DEF that gains an additional 400 ATK for each normal trap in your GY. In addition, it draws aggro away from your fiends during battle, can Special Summon itself when you activate a trap card, and it can search a battle trap! The second Archfiend card, Archfiend's Ghastly Glitch, is a normal trap that does everything we could possibly want and more. If we control a fiend type monster, we can destroy a card on the field and send a fiend from the Deck to the GY. To make this even better, it's not once per turn! DESTROY EVERYTHING!

ARCHFIENDS VS Sunavalon Rikka, Mine Altergeist, Spright | August 2022

Welcome to my Archfiends vs series! This is a segment where I duel with Archfiends vs a wide variety of decks. The aim is to duel as many different archetypes as possible! In this video, we square off against 3 of the top decks from the European Championship: Sunavalon Rikka, Mine Altergeist and Spright. These are extremely powerful decks in their own right with varying playstyles. From the crazy resource gaining power of Rikka, to the raw control power of Altergeist, these are duels to remember!

Although, admittedly, the main duel is vs Sunavalon Rikka, the other two are a bit of a meme just for fun.

My deck utilises the standard Archfiend Empress/Emperor combo with the Dark Spirit loop, in addition to the recursive nature of Masterking Archfiend. Mystic Mine is used as a way to slow the game down in a pinch, but not the main win condition. We also have natural outs to Mine and similar cards, through the likes of Archfiend's Ghastly Glitch and Unending Nightmare.

Sunavalon Rikka relies on the 1 card combo of Sunseed Genius Loci, in addition to tributing your opponents monsters using the Rikka field spell. Altergeist is a backrow heavy deck that relies mainly on negation through Altergeist Protocol, bouncing cards with Silquitous, and gaining general advantage through Multifaker. Finally, the current Spright strategy is to end on Toadally Awesome, but I think the deck has way more potential than that!

Labrynth Archfiends vs Amazoness March 2022! | Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Commentaries

In this video, I'm using one of my Archfiend decks that utilises the standard Emperor/Empress combo, in addition to brand new Archfiend support in the way of Archfiend Glitch, and Labrynth Archfiend. In addition to this, I also use some of the new Labrynth support cards which synergise with destruction and normal traps. This is perfect for Archfiends, because they benefit from destruction and also have a fantastic revival normal trap called Archfiend's Roar!

Amazoness is a combo focused deck that excels in battle oriented monsters. Rather than being negate heavy, they are instead "towers" focused, summoning a series of monsters such as Amazoness Queen, Empress, and Kaiserin to protect from battle, destruction, and targeting effects! Fun deck and very consistent, so all in all was a fun game of back and forth interaction!

My deck takes advantage of Archfiend Empress' summoning power in addition to excellent fiend support such as Tour Guide from the Underworld, Fiendish Rhino Warrior and Scarm, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss! Being able to maintain high level fiends on the field whilst also benefitting from destruction effects is the main gameplay feature of Archfiends.

Competitive Archfiend Deck 2022 - Full Guide with Combos! | Yu-Gi-Oh! March 2022

The Archfiend Guy 2022-03-18 | My latest competitive Archfiend deck! This time we are using all the new support that synergises with Archfiends! From the new direct Archfiend support in the way of Archfiend Glitch and Labrynth Archfiend, to the indirect support with the Labrynth archetype. This additional destruction synergy is just what Archfiends needed!

I think it's fantastic that we now have a disruption we can search out early on, which just so happens to be a built-in foolish burial. Archfiend Glitch is such a great staple 3 of moving forward.

Archfiend Empress floats very effectively with her effect and the Dark Spirit monsters. In addition, we also take advantage of normal trap synergy with cards such as Archfiend's Roar, and Welcome Labrynth. Both can help to special summon Labrynth Archfiend, but not only that, the destruction off of Roar provides a number of benefits to the overall strategy! More often than not, Archfiend's Roar will result in you gaining more card advantage than you lost.

Thanks to Labrynth Archfiend, we can now run Archfiend's first ever field spell, Pandemonium! This field spell lets us search out any lower level Archfiend than the one that got destroyed, and this search isn't once per turn either. This can fill your hand with Archfiends to use with Call of the Archfiend and related cards, keeping you topped up and ready to go!

This is my competitive Archfiend deck 2022 - full guide with combos! The deck incorporates all the new support that's on the horizon! I've been having a lot of fun with the new cards, and I'm eager to buy the new support once it comes out!

Konami broke Archfiends with this new support!

The Archfiend Guy 2022-03-10 | It finally happened everyone! Konami has blessed us with new Archfiend support, both indirectly AND directly! This is a discussion video on my thoughts of the new cards, starting first with the direct support in the way of Labrynth Archfiend and Archfiend Glitch. Two great cards that allow us to finally run Pandemonium!

The new archetype that gets released in Tactical Masters is known as the Labrynth archetype and contains a series of dark fiend type monsters that synergise with normal trap cards. We have a normal trap of our own in the way of Archfiend's Roar! The new monster, Labrynth Servant Arianna, turns our Archfiend's Roar into a +3 or potentially +4. The card is insane and all these new cards have breathed a breath of fresh air into the Archfiend strategy.

Dare I say it, Konami broke Archfiends with this new support!

The new Tactical MAsters set is coming out later this year (late June time) and contains three brand new archetypes! Valiants, Mysterunes, and the showcased Labrynths. High hopes for the future!

PLATINUM ARCHFIEND DECK PROFILE 2022! FULL GUIDE! TIPS, TRICKS, COMBOS! | Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel

The Archfiend Guy 2022-02-21 | My latest competitive Archfiend deck! This is the deck I used to climb to Platinum rank in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. Archfiends at their core focus on summoning high level fiends from the graveyard to beatdown your opponent! Archfiend Empress floats very effectively with her effect and the Dark Spirit monsters. In addition, we also make best use of Summoned Skull and the fusion retrain, Archfiend's Manifestation! More 3k beatsticks that float into Summoned Skull is nothing to smirk at, and Empress can provide protections and additional floating!

This is a longer deck profile that acts as a full guide to the deck, in addition to tips, tricks and combos to help you play the deck yourself.

It's nice to be able to compete against the meta with Archfiends, one of the oldest archetypes! Giving them a run for their money is always fun and I'm constantly surprised with how well they perform, even in the February 2022 format!

I also forgot to add a combo! Summon Tour Guide, summon Fiendish Rhino Warrior. Overlay into Dante, detach Tour Guide and send 3. Send Scarm to summon Beatrice. End Turn, add Dark Spirit of Malice. On their turn, activate Beatrice, detach Rhino Warrior and send Dark Spirit of Banishment then Archfiend Empress (recycle Dark Spirit). This puts both dark spirits in hand, and accompanying this with a Void Apocalypse or something similar, you end up having "full combo!"

This is my Platinum Archfiend deck profile 2022 and guide for the February 2022 format. Since it reached Platinum in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, I think it's safe to call this a competitive Archfiend deck, or at least relatively speaking. Since the deck also utilises Summoned Skull, I suppose you could also call it a Summoned Skull deck! I like to think that it's an Archfiend deck though, as I want to utilise all Archfiend cards rather than silo them, which might unintentionally nerf them!

Archfiends vs Lyrilusc Tri-Brigade December 2021! | Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Commentaries

In this video, I'm using one of my Archfiend decks that utilises the standard Emperor/Empress combo, in addition to some alternate win conditions such as the Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon package, and Draglubion. Also, this deck runs a Mystic Mine package to help slow the game down a bit! This is my Archfiends vs Lyrilusc Tri-Brigade duel for the December 2021 format!

My deck takes advantage of Archfiend Empress' summoning power in addition to excellent fiend support such as Tour Guide from the Underworld, Fiendish Rhino Warrior and Scarm, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss! Being able to maintain high level fiends on the field whilst also benefitting from destruction effects is the main gameplay feature of Archfiends. The side strategy can be flexible with this deck, whether that's removing multiple cards via the Cipher package or OTK'ing with Draglubion and Numeron Dragon. We also run Mystic Mine in this build as it works fantastically well with Archfiends. By their nature, Archfiends build tall rather than wide, so we don't rely on summoning multiple monsters in a single turn, or churning out tons of negates. Instead, we just summon big, beefy fiends that replace themselves. Due to this, Mystic Mine works in our favour, and we can slowly pick off the opponent's monsters without fear of them interacting. It also helps us resolve Tour Guide, and we have natural outs in the form of Masterking Archfiend, Archfiend Emperor and Archfiend's Roar, giving us great field control and flexibility. Finally, we also make best use of the unique boss monster Berserk Dragon, for attacking all monsters the opponent controls. Thanks to A Deal with Dark Ruler being an Archfiend card, we can easily summon Berserk Dragon, making it a solid option for Archfiend builds moving forward.

Lyrilusc Tri-Brigade is a hugely popular deck this format and arguably one of the best in the format. It is a highly consistent, combo oriented deck that can make use of level 1 monsters for summoning Number F0: Utopic Draco Future for monster negates, attack directly multiple times with Lyrilusc - Assembled Nightingale, omni negates with Mist Valley Apex Avian, card bouncing with Ancient Warriors Oath - Double Dragon Lords, and card banishing with Tri-Brigade Shuraig the Ominous Omen. Tri-Brigade Revolt is a very powerful trap card that can make use of your GY or banished monsters for instant link summoning! This deck is a force to be reckoned with in this format, and a tough one to deal with!

Opening the new Konami TIN OF ANCIENT BATTLES Yu-Gi-Oh! Megatin (MP21) x2 | TCG Booster Box Unboxing

The Archfiend Guy 2021-10-03 | Here's my TCG unboxing video of the new Konami Tin of Ancient Battles Yu-Gi-Oh! Megatin (MP21) x2! It's a pretty cool set of reprints with a bunch of support for @Ignister, Gouki, Darklords, and even the odd Archfiend card! Some rarity bumps too, with some cool ultra rare Tri-Brigade cards, secret rare Shaddoll monsters, Sacred Beast reprints and more! The tin also includes a reprint of the extremely powerful xyz monster, Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS Sky Thunder! It's a pretty cool tin overall, and includes the following "promo" cards:

* True Light
* Piercing the Darkness
* Magician's Salvation

and finally, the tin also includes the meta redefining ultra rare: Crossout Designator, a quick-play that can negate any card so long as you have a copy of it in your deck. Powerful stuff!

I'm willing to sell pretty much everything I pulled so if you're interested then just let me know! I'm from the UK though, so I won't put them on TCGPlayer. Probably eBay or Cardmarket is best for me :)

Whether that's stopping your opponent from banishing cards with Chaos Hunter, or stopping all Light/Dark effects with Koa'ki Meiru Doom, this list serves as a way for you to theorycraft some more on your Archfiend journey.

Competitive Archfiend Deck 2021 - Yu-Gi-Oh! August 2021 Deck Profile and Guide

The Archfiend Guy 2021-08-02 | The latest competitive Archfiend deck 2021! Destroy everything with this mix of Archfiend and Unchained cards! The core of the deck is still the same, summon Archfiend Empress and float with her effect and the Dark Spirit monsters. The Unchained cards, such as Unchained Twins - Aruha and Abominable Chamber of the Unchained, are in this deck to boost the early game power by setting up Unchained Soul of Rage interruptions, whilst also providing some nice destruction synergy.

This is a slightly longer deck profile and acts as more of a guide to the deck, with a combo showcase and matchup guidance against a number of contemporary archetypes such as Sky Strikers, Drytron, and Shaddoll!

I'm slowly establishing a core for Archfiends now, which gives us the opportunity to mix and match with other archetypes (like Unchained) or provide room for handtraps such as Ash Blossom.

I had a fairly consistent winning streak over on YGO Omega with this deck! I encourage you to give this one a try, and play around with the ratios to help improve it! It's nice to be able to compete against the meta with Archfiends, one of the oldest archetypes! Giving them a run for their money is always fun and I'm constantly surprised with how well they perform, even in the August 2021 format!

How to beat Drytrons in 8 seconds

The Archfiend Guy 2021-07-28 | Using Koa'ki Meiru Doom to autowin against Drytrons. Literally Normal Summon, pass...

Drytrons is a ritual based deck of light monsters that special summon themselves to the field from the hand or GY. This allows them to effectively infinite recycle their resources. In addition, they benefit from additional resources such as Benten, Eva, and Herald of the Orange Light. Finally, they get to summon powerful ritual monsters such as Herald of Perfection or Herald of Ultimateness, resulting in several negates in a single turn.

My deck uses Archfiends in a classic Beatdown style! But I didn't get that far, because Koa'ki Meiru Doom negates all light effects, so I autowon off that

Opening the new Konami KINGS COURT Yu-Gi-Oh! Box (KICO) | TCG Booster Box Unboxing

The Archfiend Guy 2021-07-08 | Here's my TCG booster box unboxing video of the new Konami King's Court Yu-Gi-Oh! box (KICO)! It's a pretty cool set that sort of came out of nowhere in my view. Who'd have thought that they'd give random legacy support to the "Knight" archetype?? Still though, not complaining! Lots of cool reprints in this set including Lightning Storm and the elusive Millenium Rare Egyptian God Cards! Pretty cool box overall.

Please ignore the random screams in the background... I had my door open and the neighbours were screaming (in hindsight I should have closed the door).

Archfiends vs Dual Avatars June 2021! | Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Commentaries

In this video, I'm using one of my Archfiend decks that utilises the standard Emperor/Empress combo, in addition to some alternate win conditions such as Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon, Zeus and Draglubion. This is my Archfiends vs Dual Avatars duel for the July 2021 format!

My deck takes advantage of Archfiend Empress' summoning power in addition to excellent fiend support such as Tour Guide from the Underworld, Fiendish Rhino Warrior and Scarm, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss! Being able to maintain high level fiends on the field whilst also benefitting from destruction effects is the main gameplay feature of Archfiends. The side strategy can be flexible with this deck, whether that's Dingirsu for sending, Zeus, or some generic Extra Deck monsters such as Zombiestein and Draglubion for OTK potential. I'm running a single copy of Skull Archfiend of Lightning mainly because it looks cool. Back in the day it was a nice boss monster with some built-in protection, but has largely been outclassed by many other Archfiends. Archfiend Giant is the better choice here for a level 6 monster, or even Commander.

Dual Avatars are a fusion based deck that was all its boss monsters in the extra deck! They can Giant Trunade your field, protect themselves from battle and negate cards. My opponent had a healthy dose of hand traps and used the continuous spell Supply Squad for extra draw power. Very interesting deck!

Archfiends vs Amazoness June 2021! | Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Commentaries

In this video, I'm using one of my Archfiend decks that utilises the standard Emperor/Empress combo, in addition to the utility Fabled cards give with their "discard for cost" triggered effects. The extra effects from Fabled cards lets you maintain card advantage and opens up synchro plays! Summon the powerful Halqifibrax using this build and go into Beelze, an old but powerful boss monster. This is my Archfiends vs Amazoness duel for the June 2021 format!

My deck takes advantage of Archfiend Empress' summoning power in addition to excellent fiend support such as Tour Guide from the Underworld, Fiendish Rhino Warrior and Scarm, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss! Being able to maintain high level fiends on the field whilst also benefitting from destruction effects is the main gameplay feature of Archfiends. The side strategy can be flexible with this deck, whether that's Dingirsu for sending, Zeus, or some generic Extra Deck monsters such as Zombiestein and Beelze of the Diablolic Dragons.

Amazoness are a battled focused deck that truly excels in the battle phase. They have cards that reflect battle damage, auto banish or destroy during battle regardless of attack power, can attack everything your opponent controls with a single monster and even effects such as piercing! Their field spell, Amazoness Village, keeps your board healthy by replacing Amazoness' who fall in battle with additional warriors! Their fusion monster, Amazoness Empress, floats into Queen which protects your monsters in battle, and Empress herself is protected from both battle and card effects. Very fun deck and very consistent!

Archfiends vs Myutants May 2021! | Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Commentaries

In this video, I'm using one of my Archfiend decks that utilises the standard Emperor/Empress combo, in addition to the serarching capabilities of Pandemonium, the first field spell for Archfiends! Pandemonium gets its search effect when your Archfiend monsters get destroyed by a card effect, and it's not once per turn. This is my Archfiends vs Myutants duel for the May 2021 format!

My deck takes advantage of Archfiend Empress' summoning power in addition to excellent fiend support such as Tour Guide from the Underworld, Fiendish Rhino Warrior and Scarm, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss! Being able to maintain high level fiends on the field whilst also benefitting from destruction effects is the main gameplay feature of Archfiends. The side strategy can be flexible with this deck, whether that's Dingirsu for sending, Zeus, or some generic Extra Deck monsters such as Zombiestein and Starving Venom Fusion Dragon. Pandemonium helps to keep your hand healthy so that you can make best use of Call of the Archfiend, and your Dark Spirits.

Myutants are a banish focused deck that brings out powerful creatures that become immune to certain effects, can negate cards and bring out several smaller monsters each turn. The deck showcased in this video also takes advantage of the Thunder Dragon cards, using powerful spells such as Thunder Dragon Fusion to bring out monsters such as Thunder Dragon Titan.

Archfiend Summoned Skull Deck 2021 - Yu-Gi-Oh! May 2021 Deck Profile

Here's a deck that uses Summoned Skull with the other Archfiends for maximum floating power! Manifestation lets you float into Summoned Skull from the hand, deck or graveyard and if you have Archfiend Empress on the field, she can revive Manifestation back again!

The deck focuses on the core engine of Archfiend Emperor / Archfiend Empress beatdown, with some fusion support to bring out Summoned Skull variants. Polymerization is also fairly useful to trigger your hand effects such as Archfiend Heiress or Fiendish Rhino Warrior! We also get access to some powerful cards such as Divine Arsenal AA-Zeus - Sky Thunder and Super Polymerization.

This deck is for the Yu-Gi-Oh! May 2021 format.
