If you don't think you like kale, you're not alone. I promise you though, if you learn to juice it by adding other fruits and veggies to it, you really get used to the taste and many times won't even taste it!

Kale is in the top 2 or 3 of ALL FOODS for nutrient density. WE juice, not just for fun, but for healing and super nutrition. Why not juice the most nutritious vegetables! Fall in love with kale.
