The ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) is a critical stabilizer of the knee, and reconstruction aims to restore function, stability, and return to athletic performance after injury.
In this video, we demonstrate QuadLink™ ACL reconstruction, an advanced all-inside technique using a quadriceps tendon autograft, combined with FiberTag® TightRope® soft-button fixation and InternalBrace™ augmentation.

🔧 Procedure Overview

The procedure begins with harvesting a full-thickness quadriceps tendon graft, typically measuring 65–70 mm in length, providing a strong and reliable autograft.

The graft is then prepared with FiberTag® sutures and TightRope® soft-button fixation, creating a low-profile, metal-free construct.

Using an all-inside approach, sockets are created in the femur and tibia with specialized reamers, preserving bone while allowing precise graft placement.

The graft is passed into the sockets and secured using adjustable loop TightRope® fixation, achieving strong cortical fixation on both sides.

An InternalBrace™ FiberTape® is incorporated and fixed with a suture anchor, providing additional reinforcement during healing and improving early stability.
