Pavs Heart Attack Quadruple Burger Challenge w/ Extra Greek Gyro!! Randy Santel 2024-05-06 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Pav's "Hebron Heart Attack" Quadruple Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge w/ loaded "Irish" Fries and an extra Greek gyro, hosted by Pav's All-American Grill in Hebron, Indiana just southeast of the Chicago metro area!! On my way back up to my house in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I stopped in Hebron, Indiana so I could attempt the "Hebron Heart Attack" Quad Burger Challenge at Pav's Place (Pav's Restaurant) which has been beaten by a few of my competitive eating friends. I had just 30 minutes to eat four bacon cheeseburgers stacked up and served with a large order of Pav's Loaded "Irish" Fries. Each burger consisted of a 1/2 pound beef hamburger patty topped with fried mozzarella cheese sticks, 2 strips of bacon, and some marinara sauce, with a full hamburger bun. The "Irish" Fries were loaded with cheese sauce, ranch dressing, bacon bits, and chives. Just for fun, I added a full Greek gyro from Pav's menu, not including the side of fries it usually comes with. The extra gyro was just optional. I was trying to win my $37 "Heart Attack" Burger Challenge meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Pav's Wall of Fame. On my way home from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to St. Peters, Missouri to spend time with my family and celebrate St. Patrick's Day weekend, I stopped in Mount Vernon, Illinois so I could attempt the massive ~6lb Mexican Burrito Challenge hosted by La Fuente Mexican Restaurant. A few of my friends have beaten the challenge and I wanted to join them up on the Wall of Fame. I had just 30 minutes to feast on three large flour burrito tortillas filled with lots of beef steak meat, shredded chicken, and bacon, plus many scoops of Mexican rice and I had them add a few dollops of refried beans. My competitive eating friend Brandon @DaGarbageDisposal held the previous time record which was 19:16, and I was trying to beat that since he just enjoyed his Mexican dinner and didn't eat very fast. Rematching Mulligans’ 8lb Irish Shepherd’s Pie Challenge!! Randy Santel 2024-04-25 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Mulligans' massive 8lb Irish Shepherd's Pie Eating Challenge, hosted by Mulligans Irish Pub and Grill in Franklin, Wisconsin which is just south off Milwaukee, WI in the USA. I've been wanting to rematch this huge and delicious food challenge ever since I originally failed it back in August 2019. I headed back to Mulligans Irish Pub and Grill so I could reattempt Mulligans' massive 8lb Irish Shepherd's Pie Challenge, which is technically a huge cottage pie because it is made with ground beef rather than lamb meat. I had 45 minutes to feast on four 2lb portions of Irish shepherd's / cottage pie that were stacked and smothered with lots of Mulligans' homemade Guinness gravy. The pie included about 5lbs of mashed potatoes total, plus lots of ground beef and healthy vegetables, and it was surrounded by four pieces of marble rye bread. I ordered some extra Guinness gravy to dip the bread into, which was not required as part of the base food challenge. I was trying to become one of the few elite people to finish everything within just 45 minutes, to win my $75 Irish shepherd's pie meal free plus another sweet Mulligans t-shirt and spot on their Wall of Fame board hanging inside the restaurant lobby. Toughest Undefeated Mexican Street Tacos Challenge Ive Ever Attempted (for $100 CASH)!! Randy Santel 2024-04-22 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Gustavo's undefeated 20 Mexican Street Tacos Challenge at Gustavo's Mexican Restaurant in Waukegan, Illinois!! After finishing up my trip around Minnesota and parts of Northwest Wisconsin, I headed south from Milwaukee to Waukegan, Illinois so I could attempt to become the first person to conquer Gustavo's unbeaten 20 Mexican Street Tacos Challenge at Gustavo's Mexican Restaurant which was by far the toughest street tacos challenge I've ever attempted. I had just 15 short minutes to quickly eat 20 double-tortilla street tacos which were extra delicious but challenging to eat fast because each taco was made with two corn tortillas. There were five beef steak tacos, five chorizo street tacos, five chicken tacos, and five pork al pastor Mexican street tacos, so twenty total. Drinks were served to me but they were just optional and not required to be finished within the 15 minute time limit. I was trying to become the first champion to dominate and win my $65 tacos platter free plus $100 cash and a spot on Gustavo's Wall of Fame!! After attempting the nine big competitive eating restaurant challenges during my travels around Minnesota, I tried three more northwest Wisconsin food challenges before heading home to Milwaukee. For final Wisconsin eating challenge #3 of three, I made the drive from Wausau, Wisconsin up to The Pine Cone Cafe in Land O' Lakes, WI so I could attempt to become the fourth champion to win their 12-Egg Ultimate Breakfast Scramble Challenge which was massive but so delicious!! I had 1 full hour to feast on 1lb of their hash brown breakfast potatoes topped with a whole giant load of grilled ham and healthy vegetables plus lots of shredded Wisconsin cheddar cheese. You must order at least five breakfast meats and vegetables that typically come in breakfast omelets, and I chose seven since it is all based on weight. That was all covered with a few ladles of their homemade sausage gravy which was then topped with 12 delicious scrambled eggs. The giant breakfast challenge includes toast or an English muffin, plus 2 plate-sized pancakes. The extra cinnamon roll in this video that I ordered was just optional and not required. Yummy Deli’s Massive Hmong Pho Noodles Challenge Had Been Undefeated for Over 1 Year!! Randy Santel 2024-04-15 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Yummy Deli's massive and undefeated "Jay" Hmong Pho Challenge hosted by Yummy Deli, LLC in Wausau, Wisconsin!! After attempting the nine big competitive eating restaurant challenges during my travels around Minnesota, I tried three more northwest Wisconsin food challenges before heading home to Milwaukee. For Wisconsin eating challenge #2 of three, I made the drive from Superior, Wisconsin down to Yummy Deli in Wausau, WI so I could attempt to become the first winner of their undefeated "Jay" Hmong Pho Noodles Challenge which is equal to four large-sized bowls of Hmong pho off Yummy Deli's menu. The giant bowl of pho is named after the owners' oldest son, Jay, and the challenge had remained unbeaten for over a year before I was able to get there. Around 10-15 people have tried and hardly anyone has gotten past halfway within the 1 hour time limit. A massive bowl is filled with over 4lbs of thin rice noodles, and topped with handfuls of every meat offered by Yummy Deli - imitation crab, beef brisket, sliced meatballs, steak, pork, and more beef. There are some healthy vegetables and the bowl is overfilled with lots of their beef pho broth, which is required and not optional. I was trying to become the first champion to win my $50 Asian pho noodles meal free plus a spot on their empty Wall of Fame and 10% off my next visit, if that ever does happen. For Wisconsin eating challenge #1 of three, I made the quick drive from Duluth, Minnesota across the bridge to Superior, Wisconsin so I could attempt Gronk's 8lb "Great Divide" Cheeseburger Challenge at Gronk's Grill & Bar which offers two different eating challenges. Gronk's offers a 5lb "Enger Tower" Burger Challenge that is meant for just one person to eat solo, and Gronk's also offers an 8lb "Great Divide" Burger Challenge which is meant for 2-person teams to share. After beating the massive 10lb bacon cheeseburger challenge at Big Daddy's Burgers in Duluth, I felt confident I could fare well versus the larger 8lb "Great Divide" Cheeseburger Challenge all by myself within the 1 hour time limit. There were SIX 1-pound beef hamburger patties, fresh & never frozen, stacked up and layered with 18 slices of cheese (3 slices on each layer). There was no bacon, thankfully, but again the burger was surrounded by 2lbs of Gronk's thick hand-cut fries. My eating friend @mollyschuyler-Mom-Vs-Food was the only person to finish the entire burger challenge meal by herself, so I was hoping to become just the 2nd person to do it and win my $49.11 cheeseburger meal free plus some sweet Gronk's merch and a spot on their Wall of Fame!! Biggest Food Challenge Ive Ever Attempted?? | Big Daddys 10lb Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge!! Randy Santel 2024-04-08 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Big Daddy's 10+lb "Belly Buster" Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge hosted by Big Daddy's Burgers in Duluth, Minnesota. I attempted 9 big competitive eating restaurant challenges during my Minnesota trip. For final food challenge event #9 of nine, I traveled to Duluth, Minnesota so I could attempt Big Daddy's massive 11-Patty "Belly Buster" Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge. I tried my best to win before I began because I knew this would be the biggest food challenge I had ever attempted!! Big Daddy's offers a smaller burger challenge, but I attempted the biggest one available, which is a progressive burger patty record challenge. My friend @mollyschuyler-Mom-Vs-Food and a few other eaters have beaten it over the years, growing it up to TEN 1/2 pound beef hamburger patties. To win the challenge within the one hour time limit, I had to beat the previous best by eating ELEVEN 1/2 pound beef hamburger patties, stacked and layered with cheese slices, and served with 2lbs of Big Daddy's hand-cut fries. There were 2 strips of thick-cut bacon and 2 slices of American cheese on each patty, so this burger consisted of ELEVEN half-pound beef patties, 22 slices of cheese, 22 strips of bacon, and zero healthy vegetables. The 2lbs of fries were weighed after being cooked. I was trying to win my ~$58 bacon cheeseburger meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and the top spot on Big Daddy's Wall of Fame. I attempted 9 competitive eating restaurant challenges during my Minnesota trip. For food challenge event #8 of nine, I traveled northeast to Tower, Minnesota so I could attempt The Vermilion Club's delicious and very popular Poor Gary's 24-Inch "Bamboozler" Pizza Challenge, which is big enough and meant to feed 6-9 adults!! I had just 1 hour to feast on a 24" diameter pizza that they thankfully let me split into fourths. You only have to order a 1-topping pizza for the challenge, but I ordered four different specialty pizza options from Poor Gary's pizza menu. I ordered Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Alfredo, their "House Special" which is basically a Supreme Pizza, and then I was "bamboozled" into ordering their Taco Pizza which was loaded with toppings, including taco sauce. Hundreds of people have failed this solo challenge over the many years it has been available, and only a few people had actually won. Families and groups of 6-9 people still don't even finish it all as a team, and bring home leftovers!! I was trying to win my $60 pizza free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on The Vermilion Club's Wall of Fame. I had just 45 minutes to feast on a massive Italian calzone filled with 2 cheeses plus lots of meats and healthy vegetables. Unbeaten for 3 Years?? Bites’ Quadruple Burger Challenge in Pine River, Minnesota!! Randy Santel 2024-03-28 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Bites Grill's "Roger's" Quadruple Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge hosted by Bites Grill & Bar in Pine River, Minnesota. I attempted 9 competitive eating restaurant challenges during my Minnesota trip. For food challenge event #6 of nine, I traveled up to Pine River, Minnesota so I could attempt "Roger's" Quadruple Burger Challenge hosted by Bites Grill & Bar. Many people have attempted the quad hamburger challenge, but nobody had been able to win since my friends @MagicMitch and Ethan Teske were there in February 2021, three years ago. I had 30 minutes to feast on four 1/2 pound beef hamburger patties stacked and layered with 4 different cheeses (8 slices total), 8 strips of bacon (2 per patty), and lots of healthy vegetables. The cheeseburger challenge includes 2 pounds of sides, either tater tots or fries. I got 1 pound of each, since both options looked delicious!! I was trying to become just the 3rd champion to win my $49.95 burger meal free plus sweet Bites merch and a spot on the Wall of Fame. This Undefeated Pad Thai Challenge in Minnesota Is the Biggest I’ve Ever Seen!! I attempted 9 competitive eating restaurant challenges during my Minnesota trip. For food challenge event #5 of nine, my competitive eating friend "Eager" Ethan Teske and I headed to Reuan Thai Restaurant in Osseo so we could each attempt their newer and still undefeated Pad Thai and Egg Rolls Challenge which was the biggest Pad Thai food eating challenge I've ever seen!! Challengers have just 1 hour to feast on an entire half-tray of their Pad Thai with their choice of meat or meats. We both ordered their Combo Pad Thai with a combination of shrimp, BBQ pork, chicken, and more!! There were so many noodles and it was all made with a delicious peanut sauce homemade by our friend Bob's family. Bob and his family have owned the restaurant since 1998!! Back then, I failed their massive Pancake Breakfast "Barbarian" Challenge because I got "sick" with a few bites of pancake left, also with time about to expire. I had been wanting to rematch this breakfast food challenge for a long time and finally got to, hoping to join lots of my friends up on the Wall of Fame. I had just one hour to eat an enormous 16-inch pizza pan sized buttermilk pancake topped with six eggs (any style), six strips of bacon, four sausage patties, two slices of ham, hash browns, and my choice of toast, all served on a 16" metal platter. I switched up my strategy just a little from 2019 and ordered scrambled eggs rather than fried eggs. The breakfast came with optional portions of syrup, butter, and a strawberry rhubarb jam. I was trying to dominate round #2 and win my $55.95 breakfast meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on The Nicollet Diner's Wall of Fame and the new location. For food challenge event #3 of nine, I headed back to QC Pizza in Mahtomedi, Minnesota so I could attempt and help kick off their new Double Mini Pizza Flight Challenge. QC Pizza serves up delicious Quad City Style Pizza with a Minnesota flare, and recently they've become well known for offering pizza "flights" that consist of four 7" personal pizzas, meant for families and/or groups of people to share, with each person getting to sample a few different pizza options. For this challenge, I had 1 hour to eat TWO mini pizza flights, or EIGHT 7" diameter personal pizzas. I got 8 different sets of specialty toppings on my pizzas from the signature options menu, and was trying to finish them all within 60 minutes to win my $54 Quad City Style Pizza meal free plus some sweet QC Pizza merch and the first spot on their Wall of Fame. This event was actually held next door at Quinny's Irish Sports Pub & Grill so that more people could fit inside and watch me take on the challenge!! I attempted 9 competitive eating restaurant challenges during my trip around Minnesota. For challenge event #2 of nine, I headed to the B-52 Burgers & Brew location in Inver Grove Heights so I could attempt their popular "Mother Of All Burgers (MOAB)" Juicy Lucy Cheeseburger Challenge which has been tried and failed by more than 2,000 people!! There is another B-52 location down in Lakeville, Minnesota that is south of the Twin Cities. My competitive eating friend "Eager" Ethan Teske attempted the burger challenge with me too and we each had just 1 hour to feast on 2lbs of Juicy Lucy burger patties (four 1/2 pound burgers) topped with bacon-wrapped cheese curds, fried onion tanglers, fried eggs, healthy lettuce & tomatoes, and lots of charred scallion-bacon aioli. The challenge includes a large basket of B-52's fries and costs $50 whether you win or lose. Finish within one hour and you win a sweet t-shirt and $25 gift card to come back and use later. Your name and photo also get added to the location's Wall of Fame!! There wasn't a gift card mentioned in the video because B-52 gave us our meals free since there were so many people there to watch us. The challenge is the same whether you go to the Lakeville location or Inver Grove Heights, and you do not need to schedule your challenge in advance. Eating TWO Smoak BBQ “Bucket” Burger Challenges in Rochester, Minnesota!! Randy Santel 2024-03-11 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Smoak BBQ's 5lb "Bucket" Burger Challenge hosted by Smoak BBQ in Rochester, Minnesota!! After attempting Big Boar's "Ultimate Platter" BBQ Challenge in West Salem, Wisconsin, I headed into Minnesota to begin a food challenge tour all around the state of Minnesota. I attempted 9 competitive eating Minnesota restaurant challenges during my trip. For challenge event #1 of nine, I headed to Smoak BBQ in Rochester, MN so I could attempt their 5lb "Bucket" Burger Challenge which has been attempted hundreds of times over the past few years it has been available. About 20 people have won the pay-to-play food challenge which costs $50 whether you win or lose. Only my friend @JoelHansen has completed TWO of the "Bucket" Burger Challenges consecutively back-to-back, each within the 30 minute time limit. In an attempt to make this video more exciting, I ordered two burger challenges as well, just to see if I could finish both like Joel did, but of course not as quickly. For the base challenge, there are two grilled cheese sandwiches, four hamburger patties, Pepper Jack and American cheeses, bacon strips, BBQ pulled pork, jalapeno cheddar sausages, SMOAK'd pastrami, fried cheese curds, and a fried Nashville hot chicken breast, all topped with two bacon-wrapped "Texas Twinkies" filled with smoked beef brisket and cream cheese. The "Bucket" Burger Challenge is served in a bucket with more than 1lb of Smoak BBQ's fries, and includes a bottle of Pepsi or Diet Pepsi. The meal costs $50 win or lose, but winners get a sweet t-shirt, a bottle of barbecue sauce, and a picture up on the Wall of Fame. No substitutions or modifications are allowed. My plan was to finish one challenge, reset the timer, and then start on the second burger. Randy Santel 2024-03-07 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Big Boar BBQ's giant 7lb "Ultimate Platter" Barbecue Challenge hosted by Big Boar BBQ & Catering in West Salem, Wisconsin which is just outside of La Crosse, WI in the United States!! On my way to kick off a giant food challenge trip around the state of Minnesota, I stopped in West Salem, Wisconsin at Big Boar BBQ & Catering so I could attempt their 7lb "Ultimate Platter" Barbecue Challenge which had only been defeated a few times over the past few years the challenge has been available. There are three brothers who own Big Boar BBQ & Catering and they offer this 7lb "Ultimate Platter" as a regular menu item meant to serve entire families and groups of friends. I had just 30 minutes to finish everything all by myself. There was a 1/2 rack of BBQ pork ribs, 1/2 of a smoked chicken, 1/2 pound of juicy BBQ pulled pork, 1/2 pound of smoked beef brisket, 4 dinner rolls, and three large pint-sized 1lb side items of my choosing. I ordered Big Boar BBQ's baked beans, vinegar-based coleslaw, and their creamy homemade macaroni & cheese. I also got an extra cornbread muffin just to try it, and I was hoping to have their cornbread strawberry shortcake for dessert. The whole barbeque platter weighed over 7 pounds total. I was trying to finish everything within 30 short minutes to win my $71.99 barbeque meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on their Wall of Fame. It was a new eating challenge and nobody had been able to come close yet to finishing it all within the short 30 minute time limit. The weekend after attempting 4 delicious restaurant food challenges around the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, I headed east and tried 5 competitive eating challenges around Western Michigan plus Lansing. For final man vs food challenge #5 of five, I drove down to Colon, Michigan, which is known as the "Magic Capital of the World," so I could attempt the "Big Ben" American Breakfast Challenge at Dawn's Cafe which was so delicious!! My friend Josh See attempted the breakfast challenge with me, and we each had just 30 minutes to finish everything. Brave challengers must order a 6-egg "Smolarz" Breakfast Omelette containing at least 1 choice of meat, 2 choices of healthy vegetables, and 1 sauce. The breakfast platter also includes 1 pound of hash browns or breakfast potatoes, a full order of biscuits and gravy, your choice of toast or pancakes, and 1 large glass of milk or orange juice. The extra cinnamon roll I ordered with my breakfast was just optional. Josh and I were each trying to win our $30 meals free plus sweet t-shirts and spots on Dawn's Wall of Fame, rather than our names being written on Dawn's Wall of Shame board. The weekend after attempting 4 delicious restaurant food challenges around the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, I headed east and tried 5 competitive eating challenges around Western Michigan plus Lansing. For man vs food challenge #3 of five, I drove over to Meat Southern BBQ located in the Old Town area of Lansing, Michigan, so I could attempt their 18-Layer "Boss Logg" Ultimate Carnivore BBQ Sandwich Challenge, which is a food challenge I've been wanting to try for many years now. I had 45 minutes to feast on their ~4lb "Boss Logg" barbecue sandwich that consists of BBQ pulled pork, smoked beef brisket, smoked turkey, bacon, 4 levels of fries smashed together, lots of cheeses, hot garlic sauce, jalapenos, and a sunny side egg. The "Carnivore" Challenge includes a side item of your choosing (broccoli salad) plus a ~3lb order of creamy mac and cheese which must have 2-3 toppings inside. I ordered my macaroni and cheese to include Meat BBQ's pulled pork and beef brisket plus "healthy" caramelized onions. Almost 1,000 people have failed this challenge since it started many years ago. Eating as Many Hot Dogs as Possible for Rockford Corner Bar’s Famous Chili Dog Challenge!! Randy Santel 2024-02-19 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus The Corner Bar's famous "Hall of Fame" Chili Dog Challenge hosted by The Rockford Corner Bar in downtown Rockford, Michigan which is northeast of Grand Rapids of the USA!! The weekend after attempting 4 delicious restaurant food challenges around the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, I headed east and tried 5 competitive eating challenges around Western Michigan plus Lansing. For man vs food challenge #2 of five, I drove up to Rockford, Michigan just northeast of Grand Rapids, so I could attempt The Rockford Corner Bar's famous "Hall of Fame" Chili Dog Challenge!! There is a four hour time time limit for this eating challenge. Challengers who eat 12 hot dogs loaded with chili still have to pay for their meal, but their name gets posted up on the Hall of Fame!! They may or may not get a sweet t-shirt. Those who eat 20 or more chili dogs win all of them free and definitely earn a sweet t-shirt, plus their name gets added to the Hall of Fame which goes all around the newly remodeled restaurant. The record was set by @mollyschuyler-Mom-Vs-Food who ate 50 chili hot dogs. I was trying to eat 30 or more, hoping to eat at least 36 which is how many @JoeyChestnutYouTube ate back when he attempted this famous eating challenge. This huge solo pizza challenge is available at all the Benny's Pizza locations around Virginia and other areas of the USA. There is currently just this one location in the state of Michigan. Challengers have just 28 minutes to finish a 28" diameter cheese pizza divided up into 8 giant Virginia slices. Everyone pays $40 for the pizza. Amateurs who finish all eight slices within 28 minutes can win a check for $280 plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Benny's location's Wall of Fame. Caliendos 2ft-Long Italian Cold Cut Combo Sub Sandwich Challenge Was Bigger Than Expected!! Randy Santel 2024-02-12 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Caliendo's "Bada Bing" 2ft-Long Italian Cold Cut Combo Sub Sandwich Challenge, hosted by Caliendo's Restaurant and Bar in Winfield, Illinois which is a western suburb of Chicago!! I drove down from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and spent four days attempting 4 big and delicious Illinois restaurant food challenges around the western suburbs of the Chicagoland area. For final competitive eating challenge #4 of four, I headed back to Caliendo's Restaurant and Bar in Winfield which is directly west of Chicago. I was there back in April 2022 for their 5lb "Wise Guy" Italian Calzone Challenge. They offer three different delicious eating challenges at Caliendo's, and this time I was there to attempt Caliendo's "Bada Bing" 2ft-Long Italian Cold Cut Trio Combo Submarine Sandwich Challenge which has only been defeated by a few people the past 16-17 years that the challenge has been available. The challenge used to involve an actual 2-foot-long loaf of bread, but now there are four separate 6" long sandwiches. Each sandwich was made the same, loaded with three delicious Italian cold cut sliced deli meats: capicola, salami, and Mortadella luncheon meat. Each sandwich was also loaded with provolone cheese plus a trio of healthy vegetables: lettuce, white onions, and tomatoes. The sandwiches were topped with Caliendo's homemade Italian salad dressing and I ordered some on the side too in case I wanted to dip a sandwich in it. 30 minute time limit. I was trying to win my $25 sandwich meal free plus another sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame. For competitive eating challenge #3 of four, I headed west out to The Dirty Bird 815 in Sycamore, Illinois so I could attempt their giant "Big Berty" Pork, Beef, and Fried Chicken Crinkle Cut Cheese Fries Challenge with my competitive bodybuilder friend Mike Sell who lives in Wheaton, Illinois. Mike has attempted and won about 30 restaurant food challenges the past few years. We each had just 30 minutes to finish 2.5lbs of crinkle cut fries topped with a massive piece of fried pork tenderloin, two 1/4 pound beef hamburger patties topped with cheese slices, five thick hand-breaded chicken tenders, lots of BBQ pulled pork, and more, all topped with The Dirty Bird's homemade cheese sauce. Each platter weighed 5.5lbs or 2.5kg total and Mike and I were each trying to win our $50 meals free plus sweet t-shirts and spots on the Wall of Fame. I was also trying to beat the 29 minute time record that was held by my competitive eating friend @EliLessig. Randy Santel 2024-02-01 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Roadhouse 47's "Big Hoss" Triple Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge, hosted by Roadhouse Rte 47 Country Bar & Grill in Yorkville, Illinois to the southwest of Chicago in the USA!! I drove down from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and spent four days attempting 4 big and delicious Illinois restaurant food challenges around the western suburbs of the Chicagoland area. For competitive eating challenge #1 of four, I headed to Roadhouse Rte 47 Country Bar & Grill in Yorkville, Illinois so I could attempt Roadhouse's famous and popular "Big Hoss" Triple Burger Challenge!! There are three Roadhouse locations around the greater Chicagoland area, and each of them hosts their own "Big Hoss" Burger Challenge. Over 800 people have tried and failed at the Roadhouse 47 Yorkville location alone, and there have been about 20 successful winners. Brave challengers have one full hour to finish three 10oz juicy beef hamburger patties, stacked and layered with bacon strips and 4 different slices of cheese. There are some healthy vegetables on the side, and the triple bacon cheeseburger is surrounded with FOUR huge orders of Roadhouse's fries. The burger gets topped with a fat pickle and some hand-dipped fried onion rings. My friend Wayne had the time record and I was trying to beat that. For my fourth competitive eating restaurant food challenge of 2024, I headed to Bilda's Friess Lake Pub right by Friess Lake in Hubertus, Wisconsin!! I attempted Bilda's massive "Two Mile High" Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich Challenge and had just 30 minutes to finish everything. There was a double layer Reuben sandwich made with 1 lb of juicy corned beef, 12 slices of Swiss cheese, lots of Thousand Island dressing, and plenty of German sauerkraut as well, all on and between three slices of freshly baked marble rye bread. Bilda's challenge includes 1.5 lbs of seasoned sidewinder fries, with 2 layers of homemade chili (with beans and meat), shredded Cheddar cheese, and healthy diced onions. The whole platter weighs around 6.5 pounds and there is a 30 minute time limit to finish. Big Surs 150% Bigger Cali-Mexican Burrito Challenge in Madison Must Be Eaten in 12 Minutes?? Randy Santel 2024-01-25 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Big Sur's 150% bigger Cali-Mexican Carne Asada Burrito Challenge stuffed with fries and served with more seasoned fries, hosted by Big Sur Cantina in Madison, Wisconsin of the USA!! For my third competitive eating restaurant food challenge of 2024, I headed west from Milwaukee to Madison, Wisconsin which is the state capital of Wisconsin and home of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Badgers!! There, I visited Big Sur Cantina so I could attempt their giant California style Mexican Carne Asada Burrito Challenge which had to be finished in less than 12 minutes!! Some of my competitive eater friends were up on the Wall of Fame already, so I was hoping to join them!! The base burrito challenge that most people get is for one person to finish a roughly 3lb burrito made with 2 large burrito tortillas filled with juicy marinated carne asada, fries, queso oaxaca, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, Mexican rice, queso dip, and black beans. It is served wet and covered with more queso dip plus fresh pico de gallo. Normally, the challenge doesn't include a side of fries, but some people do receive more fries from what I can tell via past challenge photos. My guess is that Big Sur Cantina knew I was a professional, so they made my burrito about 150% bigger and gave me a side of fries in front and back to finish as well. They did not let me in the kitchen to film the making of the burrito, which is why there is no preparation footage in the video, so that does make sense, and they knew they were trying to sabotage me. I was trying to win my $34.95 Cali-Mexican carne asada and fries burrito meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on their Wall of Fame. Brandon and I each had just 30 minutes to feast on five 8oz beef hamburger patties totaling 40 ounces, stacked and layered with slices of buttered Texas toast, cheese, and bacon. The extras all weighed around 20oz total. There were a few healthy vegetables throughout the burger and it came with a 1lb side. Luke's is well known for their homemade creamy macaroni and cheese AND their sidewinder fries, so Brandon and I each got 1/2 pound portions of each. For food challenge #1 of two, we headed to Sal's Family Pizza down in Franklin, Tennessee so we could team up against Sal's giant 36-Inch "Godfather" Pizza Challenge which is the biggest pizza challenge I've ever attempted. Hundreds of teams have tried and there had only been two previous winning teams. Not only is the pizza huge, but also it all must be finished in less than the 30 minute time limit. For the base pizza challenge, teams of just 2 people have 30 minutes to feast on a 36" diameter New York style pizza made with 5lbs of homemade crust, topped with sauce and loads of 100% whole milk mozzarella cheese. Brandon and I added some healthy vegetables, black olives and diced green peppers, just for fun and some added flavor. You can get dipping sauces on the side if you want. We were trying to become just the third team to conquer Sal's "Godfather" Pizza Challenge only available at the Franklin, TN location, to win our $150 pizza meal free plus sweet t-shirts proclaiming our victory, and a team photo posted on Sal's Wall of Fame. Over 150 Teams Have Failed Yettis Wisconsin Pretzel and Burgers Challenge!! Randy Santel 2024-01-15 | American professional eater Randy Santel and competitive friend "Eager" Ethan Teske versus Yetti's massive Wisconsin Pretzel and Burgers Challenge, hosted by Yetti's Bar & Grill in Edgerton, Wisconsin of the USA!! For my final restaurant food challenge of 2023, and to celebrate Veterans Day, my competitive eating friend "Eager" Ethan Teske and I headed to Yetti's Bar & Grill in Edgerton, Wisconsin. There, we teamed up and attempted Yetti's Wisconsin Pretzel and Slider Burgers Challenge which had been failed by more than 150 teams!! Only 6 teams has previously beaten Yetti's eating challenge within the 30 minute time limit. There are more than 6.5 pounds of Yett's French fries topped with 6 "Stomp" Burgers, which are the size of sliders or mini burgers. There is also a 16" Wisconsin soft pretzel served with cheese. The cheeses are optional and don't need to be finished as part of this challenge. Teams of two people do need to finish a domestic pitcher of beer, or possibly a different soft drink if both participants don't drink alcohol. Winning teams earn the $75 pretzel meal free plus sweet t-shirts and a team photo on the Wall of Fame. 15 Minutes To Break Aiolis Triple Threat Burger Challenge Patty Record in Phoenix!! Randy Santel 2024-01-11 | American professional eater Randy Santel versus Aioli Gourmet Burgers' "Triple Threat" Burger Challenge AND Aioli's Burger Challenge Patty Record within 15 minutes at the Aioli Gourmet Burgers location off 32ND ST & SHEA in Phoenix, Arizona of the USA!! Seven weeks after getting home from the European sightseeing and eating challenge trip with @KatinaEatsKilos, I left on a 2-week trip and attempted 6 huge and delicious food challenges around Dallas (Texas), Denver (Colorado), and Scottsdale (Arizona). For final food challenge #6 of six, I headed to the Aioli Gourmet Burgers location off 32nd St in Phoenix, Arizona, so I could attempt their 'Triple Threat" Burger Challenge. There are two Aioli Gourmet Burgers locations in the Phoenix metro area, and both offer this challenge. The base food challenge is to finish a 3-patty specialty burger served with your choice of loaded fries and your choice of large flavored milkshake. You can also try to break the patty record as well, just for fun, all within the 15 minute time limit. My friend Derek "Heavy D" ate FIVE 6oz 80/20 beef hamburger patties as part of his challenge in less than 15 minutes, so I tried eating SIX!! I ordered Aioli's White Truffle Swiss Cheeseburger which came with Swiss cheese slices, mushrooms, caramelized onions, and a delicious white truffle sauce. I ordered loaded sweet potato fries and their seasonal Pumpkin Pie Deluxe Milkshake which was available when I filmed this video. The challenge meal costs $25 normally, but winners earn a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame. Thanks to you all watching, Aioli offered to give me my meal free if I finished and beat the record as well. For food challenge #5 of six, I headed back to Giligin's Bar located in the Old Town area of Scottsdale, Arizona which is part of the greater Phoenix area. Back in January 2018, I beat Giligin's 144 Pizza Rolls Challenge, which is one of the many other eating challenges that Giligin's offers regularly on the menu. This time, I was the first person to attempt and help kick off their new "Big and Randy" Quadruple Stacked Pizza Challenge and had just 30 minutes to feast on four of their homemade pizzas, stacked and topped with pizza rolls, served with an actual plunger filled with Giligin's homemade signature ranch dressing. The Pumpkin Porter beer by Four Peaks Brewing Company drank at the end of the video was just optional. I ordered 4 different pizzas: Vegetarian with red onions and green peppers, Pepperoni, Bacon, and Sausage. The Totino's pizza rolls were filled with cheese and bits of pepperoni. I was trying to become the first champion to win my $52 meal free plus $50 in gift certificates called "Giligin's Bucks" to be used later, and another spot on their Wall of Fame. Seven weeks after getting home from the European sightseeing and eating challenge trip with @KatinaEatsKilos, I left on a 2-week trip and attempted 6 huge and delicious food challenges around Dallas (Texas), Denver (Colorado), and Scottsdale (Arizona). For food challenge #4 of six, I headed to the GQue BBQ location in Lone Tree, Colorado which is south of the Denver Metro area. There are multiple GQue BBQ locations around the Denver area and they all used to host this "Grand Champion" BBQ Platter Challenge. Thankfully, Jason the owner was okay with bringing the challenge back just for me to attempt while in the area to promote the restaurant on my channels. Many people originally attempted this giant platter challenge but only few had been able to actually win within the 1 hour time limit. I had one hour to feast on a giant barbeque platter filled with 6 bbq ribs, 2 smoked sausage links, 1/2 lb smoked beef brisket, 1/2 lb bbq pulled pork, 1/2 lb diced chicken thighs, 1/2 lb (6) spicy hot buffalo chicken wings, 1 pint of creamy macaroni & cheese, 1 pint of apple coleslaw made with green Granny Smith Apples, and 2 slices of Texas toast. Some homemade pickles and other healthy vegetables were added too. The beer drank during this video and the banana pudding ice cream dessert were both just optional and not part of the challenge. I was trying to become one of the few elite people to win my $75 barbeque platter challenge meal free plus a sweet t-shirt, a gift card to be used later, and a spot on the GQue BBQ Lone Tree location's Wall of Fame. For food challenge #3 of six, I headed to the Georgia Boys BBQ location in Longmont, Colorado which is north of the Denver metro area. There are three Georgia Boys BBQ locations in Longmont, Greeley, and Frederick, Colorado, and they all offer this "Barnyard" Barbecue Sandwich Challenge which is also a spicy food challenge too. I had to finish everything within their 1 hour time limit. There are 1/2 pound portions of smoked beef brisket, chicken, and pulled pork, layered in between 10 buttered slices of Texas toast. The top and bottom buns are tasty grilled cheese sandwiches. There are slices of cheese and bacon on each layer too. The sandwich is surrounded by 1 pound of Georgia Boys' hand-cut fries along with 6 smoked and fried extra spicy Ghost Pepper Chicken Wings covered in a very hot sauce made with "hotter than hell" Bhut Jolokia ghost chili peppers. Brave challengers are allowed to drink liquids, but none are required, so the beer in this video was just optional. Seven weeks after getting home from the European sightseeing and eating challenge trip with @KatinaEatsKilos, I left on a 2-week trip and attempted 6 huge and delicious food challenges around Dallas (Texas), Denver (Colorado), and Scottsdale (Arizona). For food challenge #2 of six, I headed to The Pizza Bistro in Forth Worth, Texas so I could attempt their popular 24-Inch "Big Texan" Pizza Challenge which was very delicious and has been beaten by many of my competitive eating friends. 44 brave people had failed and there had only been 12 winners. I had 1 full hour to finish a 24" diameter pizza divided up into four quarters, each featuring a delicious set of specialty pizza toppings that I selected from the regular menu. I ordered 1/4 cheesesteak pizza, 1/4 breakfast pizza, 1/4 Mediterranean Pizza, and 1/4 "Hot Chick" Pizza with grilled chicken, bacon, and Texas Pete Hot Sauce. I was trying to become just the 13th champion to win my $55 "Texan" pizza meal free plus a sweet t-shirt, a gift certificate to receive another free 24" pizza to be eaten in the future, and a spot on The Pizza Bistro's Wall of Fame. Then we headed to Cologne (Köln) for a few days of holiday vacation, and so that we could each attempt DaIvo Burger's 8-Patty German Cheeseburger Challenge, hosted by DaIvo Burger in the Urbach neighborhood of Cologne (Köln). Katina went first and then my German competitive eater friend Stefan is(s)t Anders from the previous video, attempted the burger challenge too alongside me. We each had just 30 short minutes to feast on two quadruple cheeseburgers. Each burger had 4 German hamburger patties stacked and layered with slices of cheese and healthy vegetables. There were eight 100 gram German beef hamburger patties total. There were lots of sauces all throughout the layers and the challenge included 1 lb of chips / fries and a 500 mL beverage. MasMais Massive Double Menu Mexican Tacos Challenge in Amsterdam, Netherlands!! My girlfriend @KatinaEatsKilos and I traveled around Belgium attempting delicious Belgian eating challenges and then headed back to Amsterdam, Netherlands (Holland) so we could each attempt and help kick off the new Double Menu Tacos Challenge hosted by MasMais Taqueria located in West Amsterdam along one of the canals. MasMais offers 6 different delicious Mexican street tacos on their menu with corn tortillas, since MasMais translates in English to "More Corn." An order includes 2 tacos and for this challenge, I had 45 minutes to finish 2 orders of each taco, so 4 of each and 24 tacos total. For an appetizer, MasMais offers chilaquiles so the challenge included two portions of chilaquiles on one plate and I also had to finish 2 orders of caramel flan for dessert. I ordered 2 of MasMais signature cocktails to enjoy with my meal, but finishing those was just optional. For giant Belgian restaurant food eating challenge #7, we took the train from Brugge over to Mechelen, Belgium so we could each attempt the giant Gigatacos Eating Challenge hosted by the O'Tacos fast food restaurant there, located off the main Mechelen square. This was my second time attempting the challenge. My original first attempt happened back in 2016 at the O'Tacos location in Lille, France. The challenge was a little different this time since instead of having a 2 hour time limit, there was just a 30 minute time limit to finish everything. I ordered by 2.5kg Gigataco filled with 5 delicious proteins plus a few different Belgian sauces along with cheese sauce, lots of Belgian frites (fries), and more. All the moist filling was stuffed inside 4 tortillas and I was trying to win my €25 fast food meal free plus a spot on the O'Tacos Mechelen location's Wall of Fame. More than 10 brave Belgians had tried the challenge, but unfortunately nobody had been able to finish it all within the short 30 minute time limit. There were two big 600 gram Belgian beef hamburger patties stacked and layered with 12 slices of cheese (6 pieces on each patty), 16 strips of bacon (8 slices on each patty), and healthy vegetables. Shifters' homemade burger sauce was added to the top and bottom burger buns, and the food challenge included a supersized 600 gram side of Belgian frites (fries). For big Belgian restaurant food eating challenge #5, we took the train northwest to Brugge, Belgium so that we could each attempt the XL Spaghetti Bolognese Pasta Challenge hosted by Mister Spaghetti. There are 6 locations around Belgium and I originally beat this same pasta challenge back in 2016 with my Czech competitive eater friend "Steel Rod" Radim at Mister Spaghetti's location in Roeselare, Belgium. I finished back then in 8:44 which was the record for many years until a Belgian man named Bruno beat that time record by finishing in a blazing fast 7:56. For the XL Spaghetti Bolognese Pasta Challenge, there is a 30 minute time limit to feast on lots of freshly prepared spaghetti noodles topped with a Spaghetti Bolognese meat sauce. The whole bowl weighs around 2.4kg just over 5lbs. Katina really wanted to try the challenge for a first time, and I wanted to try to reclaim my time record by eating everything faster than 7:56. For finishing in less than 30 minutes, winners receive the €25 bowl of pasta free plus a sweet bib, a Certificate of Completion, and a spot up on the Mister Spaghetti location's Wall of Fame. I had just 45 minutes to feast on a giant platter of Belgian snacks and fried appetizers. There were fried hand-dipped chicken tenders, juicy chicken wings covered with a homemade BBQ sauce, lots of fried cheese sticks and balls, and there was a pile of Belgian loaded nachos in the middle. The appetizer platter also featured lots of hand-dipped fried onion rings and on top was a baguette of buttered cheesy garlic bread!! The beer drank during the video was just optional. Lots of people have tried over the years to finish it solo by themselves, but there had only been 2 previous winners. For Belgian restaurant food eating challenge #3, we walked over to Scott's Bar & Kitchen which was near our Airbnb in Brussels (Bruxelles), so we could eat attempt Scott's Giant 50cm (~20") Pizza Challenge. The manager said that only 5% of people who try the massive pizza challenge, actually win within the 30 minute time limit. That means that over 95% of people FAIL to eat the entire pizza by themselves within 30 minutes!! There are a few different sets of specialty topping options you can choose from, and I split mine into halves!! I ordered Scott's Vegetarian Pizza toppings on one half with added mushrooms, and Scott's spicy Diablo Pizza toppings on the other half. The whole pizza weighed around 5.5 to 6 pounds (~2.5kg) and I was trying to win my €29 pizza meal free plus a spot on Scott's Wall of Fame for winning their Giant Pizza Challenge. Then we headed to Brussels, Belgium to begin attempting food challenges around Belgium. For Belgian food eating challenge #2, we walked over to the Bruxelles #2 location of The Huggy's Bar which was near our Airbnb. There are many The Huggy's Bar restaurant locations all around Belgium and they all offer a massive "THB" Bacon Double Cheeseburger Challenge. Hundreds have tried and failed between all of the locations, and there had only been a few winners, with the previous time record being 25:43. I had 1 full hour to feast on a massive bacon double cheeseburger that consisted of two 450g Belgian beef hamburger patties, and each patty was topped with 4 slices of cheese and lots of juicy bacon strips. The burgers were stacked and served with lots of healthy vegetables, including lettuce, pickles, red onions, spicy pickled jalapenos, all on a giant sourdough bread bun and THB Burger Sauce was added to the top and bottom bun. The challenge included a bowl of fries and a bowl of Belgian coleslaw. The beer featured in the video was just optional and not part of the challenge. I was trying to become one of the few elite champions to win my €50 burger meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on The Huggy's Bar's Wall of Fame!! Trying To Eat TWO Belgian Godzilla Burger Challenges at Plein 12 in Dilbeek, Belgium!! My girlfriend @KatinaEatsKilos and I spent 10 days vacationing with my family around Paris and Normandy, France, followed by Amsterdam, Netherlands. Then we headed to Brussels, Belgium to begin attempting food challenges around Belgium. For Belgian food eating challenge #1, we took the train from Brussels (Bruxelles) west to Dilbeek, Belgium so we could head to Restaurant Plein 12 and attempt Plein 12's Belgian "Godzilla" 5-Patty Burger Challenge. Katina went before me and after watching her go first, I felt like even without any training, I might be able to finish TWO of the 5-patty burgers served with a side of fries or onion rings. The base food challenge is to finish one of Plein 12's massive 5-patty "Godzilla" cheeseburgers within 30 minutes. The burger meal costs €50 and comes with a side, but you do not have to finish the side within the 30 minutes. If you can beat the current time record which was 8:42 before I attempted the challenge, you get your "Godzilla" Burger Challenge meal free and a spot on the Wall of Fame. Finish in less than 30 minutes and you just get your photo posted on the Wall of Fame. I tried to break the record in hopes of winning my first challenge meal free, but I just wanted to finish the 2nd burger within the base 30 minute time limit. I ordered one burger with fries and the other with onion rings, and my goal was to finish both bowls of sides too. My girlfriend @KatinaEatsKilos and I left on a multi-month European summer food challenge tour and our first stop was Reykjavik, Iceland so that we could celebrate Katina's 32nd birthday and each attempt 2 huge and delicious Icelandic eating challenges around the greater Reykjavik metro area. For final Iceland competitive eating challenge #2, we headed to 2Guys in downtown Reykjavik to attempt and help kick off 2Guys' new 2.5kg Icelandic 6 Burger Tower Challenge along with our "2018 World's Strongest Man" Icelandic strongman friend @Hafthorjulius who is well known for his role as "The Mountain" in Game of Thrones. We each had just 45 minutes to finish SIX different gourmet cheeseburgers from 2Guys' menu, including one secret menu item not available on the menu. The burgers all totaled up to weigh around 2kg total, or 4.4lbs, and they were served with ~500g of "Dirty Fries" loaded with a cheese sauce plus bacon bits. We were each trying to win our ~$90 USD Icelandic cheeseburger meals free plus sweet t-shirts and spots on 2Guys' Wall of Fame.
