Where did those numbers come from?
I assigned values to each racial feature based on a system I discussed in my first video in this series - you should check it out here: youtu.be/QOxcO8hRAxo

These are subjective and you of course with disagree with some of my point values

But here's the quick version
1-9 points for a ribbon feature. For example a free skill proficiency is worth 4 or 5 if you get a selection.

10-20 points for a run of the mill feature. For example, darkvision is worth 10, while resistance to Necrotic is worth 20

21-40 points for a substantial benefit. For example, a base speed of 40 is worth 40 points, Magic resistance is worth 35

41-60 points for an exceptional benefit. Fey step and lucky are each worth 50 points. A bugbear's surprise attack or a changelings change shape feature are worth 60

61-80 points for a top tier racial feature. Gift of the Raven Queen is worth 70 for example, A goblin's nimble escape is worth 65

81-100 points requires the most powerful features, such as an aarakocra's flight that is worth 100 points.

125 points for the best feature a race can get, a free feat

I would personally recommend the Mastering Dungeons interview, even though it's the only channel I hadn't heard of before these interviews. Teos did a really good job of putting Kyle Brink at ease and I think solicited far more candid responses.
